Any practice is as good or bad as the team on their books. We were most impressed by our recent visit by all. Clare, our vet, exuded confidence, competence and a sincere love of animals. Our Chocolate Labrador Erk adored her!

My beautiful little cat Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. Iām heart broken š. She was diagnosed with heart disease following a blood clot in November 2021. I initially saw Claire who was absolutely amazing and so caring - I couldnāt have asked for a more wonderful vet at such an horrendous time. She also spoke to me on the phone regularly to see how Lola was doing. Yesterday I had to rush Lola in as she was struggling to breathe and had lost the use of her back legs - another blood clot. Although they were busy Rachael saw us very quickly which I was so grateful for. Rachael and Emily were so lovely and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to Lola. Thank you so much for everything you have all done over the past months. I feel so grateful to have such a wonderful veterinary practice - always friendly and caring xxx

Top care!! We took our injured puppy there when she was involved in an accident. Haydon vets done their magic and have given her a chance. Still a long way to go but without them for sure we would have lost our little girl

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

Thank you to Vanessa and Ollie. And team. For your care of Otto and us. Always kind, offering options and clear about costs. Especially when Otto's leg was torn and he needed an operation and recovery cage. He is joyfully out and about at his great age of 17!

I have never come across lovelier vets. My dogs and I adore them. They are so good at making us feel comfortable. I am so happy that I found them and really couldnāt recommend them enough.

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. I always feel comforted and reassured and trust everything they are doing. We are so very grateful to each member of staff there. Thank you! š¾

We had to visit Bredy Vets with our poorly cocker spanial whilst on holiday. I have to say the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial call from the reception team the nurse and Jon the vet he explained everything fully and in simple terms. Ordered in special food and went above and beyond. Wish our local vets where half as good. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks for everything you did for us. James

We had to use Bredy Vet Centre in an emergency whilst on holiday is dorset for our dog Poppy. Poppy needed xrays for an injury, the vet and nurse were fantastic, very welcoming and understanding. They explained everything to us from start to finish and looked after Poppy for the day. Also the receptionists were friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this veterinary Practice.

My beautiful baby cane corso Skye was treated by priory today, she had a laparoscopic (key hole) spray. From the minute I dropped her off to the minute I picked her up she was cared for. Thank you to all the nurses and vets involved today. Special thanks to Lillie for looking after her post op. I was such a nervous wreck and I couldnāt have trusted anyone else to do this. There isnāt a price on the love a dog gives you. They also checked her ears for me and sent off some swabs to find out what infection she has, and gave her a steroid cream to help her, again very grateful. I have a sleepy, whiny girl but she is on the road to recovering and Iām pleased she is home and the op went well. Thank you also to the nurses at highcliffe. I have been with priory for nearly a year and I wouldnāt go anywhere else. Thank you.

I would like to thank Priory for their fast-and efficient care to my dog Wellow , not knowing she was very ill , just a bit off colour , we booked an appointment with the practice, the vet explained she was very anaemic, after being advised to go to Christchurch at once, she was seen at once , i left without the dog for the vets to investigate the problem, they advised me after a short time that a large operation was required it was serious and being a older dog there was a high risk we could lose her but she made it through, her aftercare and communication was truly excellent , theres nothing i can fault them for, so a very big thanks to all concerned . After op and now photos

We sadly had our darling black Labrador Winnie put to sleep at the Priory Vet Hospital in Christchurch last Sunday whilst we were staying at our holiday home. Everyone was amazing from start to finish, the Vet and nurse were very kind and compassionate and made our experience as peaceful as possible.. The after care has been brilliant too with excellent service from staff over the phone and by email. I would thoroughly recommend Priory Vets!

Rating: 4.7 (175) Price Level:
Phoned the emergency vet as I was very concerned about my puppy. Lynwood ate the emergency vet and they agreed to see me immediately. My puppy made a miraculous recovery within a few minutes of being with the vet. They were very kind and did not charge me for the visit. Have had dealings with Lynwood over the years. They are excellent. Thank you

I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this practice is! But particularly Nurse Leanne who my spaniel Darla absolutely adores! Darla ended up needing to come in for bandage changes every few days which she wasnāt keen on at first, but after meeting Leanne she went from trying to pull me out the door, to being the wiggliest spaniel ever - excited to see the nurse for her checkups! You made the whole experience great, thank you!
Rating: 5 / 5
Let's be honest, no-one likes to go to the vets, but if i had to go to Lynwood every week for the rest of my life, i wouldn't be too upset. Sounds weird but let me explain: The team here are fantastic. The phone is answered promptly, receptionists are polite and will do everything they can to accomodate you. They deal with insurance paperwork quickly and take a lot of stress away from the process. They'll strike up a conversation while you wait but will equally respect your space. The vets and nurses will answer all your questions and be upfront with you about costs associated with your options. They all have a great sense of humour (where appropriate) and take the time to make sure you understand everything. Emily in particular is a delight and i trust her implicitly to do the right thing for my pet. The waiting room has lots of useful information posters and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs if needed and there's always parking. They also house the emergency vet clinic so i know i'm covered no matter what happens.

Iāve been bringing my dog and cat to Lynwood vets for two or three years now, and have always been very satisfied. The staff are all friendly and professional, thereās a comfortable waiting area and my animals are both surprisingly relaxed when we visit.

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)
