I also called them back after the job was finished, and they came the same day to resolve a small issue for me, which was amazing. Had a large flat roof, facias and guttering replaced. Mark and his team have a good eye for detail and are very precise with their work. Mark was very clear with his communication and made sure we were kept up to date during the job. They were able to deal with any issues they encountered and get them sorted promptly in order to finish the job on time. All debris and rubbish was cleaned up well and taken away once the job was done.

I discovered my roof was leaking during recent heavy rainfall. Mark quickly arranged for the repairs to be done- the felting was completely replaced, a new dry ridge system installed, chimney repointed and leadworks renewed. Within a week of first contacting Mark, the work had been carried out. Throughout the process Mark was responsive and helpful and I'm happy to say that my roof no longer leaks!
