We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.

The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. Called out Chris from CK Roofing due to a leak that was causing water to run down my walls internally. He came out, sealed the guttering and the issue hasn't repeated itself so far. He has explained it is a maintenance issue, so I will be having Chris back to complete the maintenance as he suggested. Chris was punctual, friendly and knowledgable about the type of roof we have. Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!

Mark is a consummate professional. He came to view the work, we needed doing, the same day we contacted him. He discussed what needed doing and showed us photos of the damage.
