Excellent service from this company. Bradley from deluxe roofing gave me a quick and reasonable quote on a new flat roof and changing the new felt. He explained with every little detail for me to make my decision. His team, Edward and Callum, who completed the job, were great. They were professional and the work was completed to an excellent standard. They also keep the place neat and tidy before they leave. Although, there was an unexpected instance happened, he got it fixed promptly and efficiently. Bradley was very busy, but he will definitely reply to me when he is allowed. Deluxe Roofing did a variety of different repairs for me, correcting a poorly installed skylight (different company), 2 x flat roofs above bay windows which had rotted, and installed a dry ridge tile system on the main roof. They were helpful, friendly, polite and provided guarantee paperwork for all the work they did. The pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. Would highly recommend.

Often what separates one company or tradesman from another, is how they treat their customers. Deluxe Roofers win here hands down. They sorted out a roofing issue for my elderly mother with care and grace, coming back to snag issues and going the extra mile without hesitation.
