Other roofers were unable to deal with the awkward shape of our bay window, however no problem for these guys. Cant fault Aaron and his team. Difficult to get a day with the U.K. weather not behaving but we managed it and Aaron came with his team as promised to compete our flat roof done with fibreglass. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Deluxe Roofing did a variety of different repairs for me, correcting a poorly installed skylight (different company), 2 x flat roofs above bay windows which had rotted, and installed a dry ridge tile system on the main roof. They were helpful, friendly, polite and provided guarantee paperwork for all the work they did. The pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. Rob runs a very efficient Company. I had a leak in the bedroom as the valley on the dormer was letting water run in. He quoted me for the work to replace the valley and turned up on time (two of them) and just got on with it. They tidied up after them. Had to have scaffolding which helped them. They are a reliable Company to use. I would recommend them.

I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed. They were also the only company that informed us about the building control requirements when quoting, which they took care of. Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. We had the rear of our three story house completely repointed by Albion Roofing, including some tricky work on the columns supporting our balcony. The guys were all very polite and friendly, and all worked really hard. Sean and Will were always available to sort things out when needed, and Owen was great at keeping me updated. Very happy with the finished job, and would happily recommend.

Got in touch and Will arranged for a visit very quickly. Gave the run down of what was needed, costs, everything so I knew exactly what would happen. Had the scaffolding up and skip delivered in a day, supplies the next, and two days of work and the job was done. Fantastic work by Will and his team, the roof is gorgeous now. Excellent service. Originally asked for help to deal with a drain leak but they also highlighted an issue with our chimney stack and mortar repair which was critically due (I just hadn’t seen it). Came back to help mitigate the issue and all in all did a fab job, and at a great cost. Thanks again!

Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

David is a reliable roofer. I would highly recommend to everyone. He did a good quality job for us for a good price. He listened to us and informed us all the time and was always on time. He is very conscientious about his job. We couldn't find a better person to do the job for us.

We used Avondale a few ago to fix a gable end at the back of my house. Edward was helpful, fixed the issue brilliantly and was very reasonably priced. I kept his business card. Called him earlier this month to look at an issue on the front gable. He came to the house, had a look.
