Lewis provided a very competitive quote and work started as planned. Everyone was very considerate of the property and the neighbours, they did a great job and although there have been some delays in some of the materials required, they stayed in touch and kept us updated at every stage of the process. Leigh was great to us. Conducted a very detailed roof survey on a house me and my partner were about to buy, and good job we did because the roof was in a terrible state. In the end, the sellers made alternative arrangements with another contractor to complete the works but Leigh came out free of charge to confirm they’d done a good job before we exchanged. When we moved into our house in early 2018 we knew that we had an old roof and that it would need to be replaced. Long story short, we then spoke with three companies, including one company who did some minor work for us, which we used as a test, and we left that not wanting to engage with them again. We then found LWS via Google Reviews in November 2022, and Leigh + employee visited, we had a good chat, he gave an estimate and then a breakdown of cost/labour, with work starting thereafter. They were professional throughout, Leigh communicated well, they were personable and efficient - the actual new roof took 4-5 days, with the scaffold up/down either side, so about 8-9 days in total. 18 months on from that work completing and we have had zero problems.

We contacted CLS Roofing specialists after our roof partially blew off in the strong winds. Corry was quick to visit the property and provided us with a detailed quotation within a few days. Corry put a plan in place for the scaffold to be erected and soon after Corry and his team arrived to start work. It was a full strip down of the original roof system and a new, updated roof system to be installed on a completely new roof deck. All work was carried out to a very high standard to comply with the current regs regarding Part L and Part B of building regs. The lads were always on site early every morning and fully cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, CLS took a great deal of pride in the job and kept us upto date on progress. I wouldn't hesitate on using CLS Roofing Specialists on any future Roofing jobs that arise. Job well done 👏 ✔️

100% recommend Nick and Steve are total professionals at what they do. Our roof needed to be totally re-felted and they have done an excellent job of it, at a great price. They answered any questions I had and communication between us was great. They also took away all the rubbish and swept both front and back. We had Nick and Steven round to locate a leak we had, we have previously had a various amount of other roofers to look at it. Nick located the leak and advised us it was repairable, where other roofers had told us we needed a new roof. Saving us thousands! Can tell they take pride in their work.
