Had lunch at the Soldier’s Rest today.Wife and I had the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon Steak, crushed new herbed potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise sauce. It was beautifully presented and delicious.They have quite an extensive lunchtime menu and I can highly recommend a visit.
Food was amazing, absolutely loved the burger fries would definitely recommend. Service was absolutely brilliant as well as the atmosphere which was filled with all kinds of interesting war items which is definitely worth a look before you get your food. All together was a lovely meal and would highly recommend to anyone!
top tier service and scrumptious food to say the least! Great spot for a feed after a good game of 18 holes and a special shout out to Ashley for sorting the whole family out! Politeness off the scale!! Highly recommend the burgers!
Amazing food, setting and service AND, you don’t have to be a member to eat there. Food and prices were so good. Anything from £5 to £15 for a main course. Take an appetite with you as generous portions. My daughter had to take half hers home as there was so much. Can’t wait to go again and try something else
Had our sons 1st birthday here, the caterers couldn't do enough for us. Incredibly friendly, amazingly catered and a brilliant party couldn't have asked for more I'd recommend the venue for most events! Unfortunately we didn't take many pics
