Has it's own parking not all do. It is a premier inn and not the Hilton. That said clean, comfortable,nice staff,good breakfast and no fuss. Have used before and happily will use again. As always a competitive price.
First of all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived well before our check-in time, but after a short wait, our room was made ready. The food and service in the restaurant were fine, and the buffet breakfast very enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed but the decor was a little tired. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we will return in the future.
The hotel is brilliant. Its clean smells fresh and the room feels so comfortable. Plenty tea and coffee available at reception. The rooms are just perfect. The downside is the fact that brewers fayre isn't operating next door. it's now called the premier. I found the staff to be a bit scruffy and lazy. Not a good selection of drinks. I tried to order 3 drinks from the drinks menu and none were available the person said its table service, but I found it hard to get there attention. We will return to the hotel as we love Cleethorpes but unfortunately we won't be eating or drinking in the restaurant.
