Lost my door key today and in much less than half an hour he was here with his bag of tools. Really friendly personable guy offering a number of alternatives to the situation. Had 3 keys cut £18. The women serving was down to earth and friendly, it seemed quite busy, so I did my shopping while they were cut. Very convenient.
