I went to their shop to see if they could cut a Spanish key, which they ordered and cut within 24 hours for me. Michael was so friendly and helpful.....and it was a pleasure to meet him and his approach to customers was brilliant. First class service!!!!. On the off chance i also asked if they would be able to mend a broken lock on my bi-fold doors, which we hadn't been able to open for over 18 months...Michaels dad (i am sorry i can't remember your name) came and had a look and within an hour, my door was open, broken lock replaced and all good as new and such a reasonable price. This morning I called after I had unfortunately lost my only car key. The call handler was very reassuring and said someone will be out to help me within the same day, and I booked an appointment. Get a call saying they could come 2 hours earlier and they did a fantastic job, made and programmed 2 new keys within an hour and saved me a lot of stress! Thank you so much! If you have lost your fob go here. I had decided to go for a non fob key after going to the mainly dealer as it was going to be more than £300:00 for a single key. They came to my house a couple of hour later and were so efficient and competitive I ended up getting two keys. Adam was the man he was outstanding. Thanks so much!

I recently had some keys cut at LockCo, and I am really pleased with the service! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process quick and easy. They offered a wide range of key types, and my keys were ready in no time. I ended up getting a few copies due to the really low prices. I also sought some advice about replacing the front door lock for my new build property, and I plan to return next week to buy my new locks. I highly recommend!

Amazing locksmith Stephen is absolutely fabulous. I had a key stuck in my lock he came over so quickly and sorted it all out. He also sorted out my front door key. I would highly recommend Stephen so professional and very good at what he does. Such a great friendly guy. Will definitely use him again.

Stephen was great and i would highly recommend him. He came within 30mins of my call, spent longer than he expected fixing my (stubborn) lock but only charged me what we had agreed on the phone and also fixed a second lock on his way out for free! He showed my 6 year old some football skills on the front lawn and left a happy customer (and his son!) as he went on his way. A good, honest, friendly and old fashioned tradesman like they used to be.
