I went in today (25/01/23) to ask about a faulty Ford key. The member of staff could not of been more helpful. He figured out there was more than one issue with the key and the locking mechanism. He proceeded to try multiple ways to fix the original key. However, a new shell and blade were required to solve the problem. He was extremely detailed in ensuring the key was up the highest standards. We also checked the key two or three times to ensure its operational reliability. I cannot speak more higher of the efficiency of the service we received. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone else. Thanks again for all of your hard work !

Great job on my Volvo key, cleaned and repaired it so that the problem I hade with my central locking was fixed for a fraction of the price if I had gone to Volvo. I also learnt loads of useful information. Thanks Ryan you certainly know your stuff. Drummond's will now be my first port of call.

Excellent - took in a defective old chub mortice lock and instead of just saying you need a new one and ordering it at a silly price, he dismantled it, replaced a component while I went off for a coffee up the road. I picked it up later and refitted it to the door and and now it's absolutely fine.

These guys are awesome Did a temporary repair on my mums key as they had no bodies in stock and lasted a year. Tried to get 2 keys cut local( I'm in Chingford) and they wanted £170 per key! journey of 30 minutes to the boys at Drummond and 2 keys cut and chips swapped for £120 saving of £240! Good lads and always go the extra mile for the customer! 10/10 Highly recommended
