Great experience. They had set out the shop to be wheelchair and pram accessible, so I was able to get inside with ease. There are no steps and wide aisles. Great customer service and great key cutting. Will be my go to place from now on.

Great service. Went to Timpsons first who were rude, couldn't do the job as they needed to order both the house key and the car key. House keys were £35 each, car key £60 (stated its impossible to just do the key blade). Came to Lock stock and barrel and got 2 house keys and car key blade for £35!!! Very professional service, quick and friendly. Will come here again!!

Fast, friendly, and efficient key cutting at a very fair price for the type of keys. Great advice to pass on to my parents regarding their key security, too.

On Saturday morning I found myself locked out of my own house for an hour as the key wouldn’t turn. There had been no hint of a problem before then. Eventually, I got it to work and tested it several times but by now I was afraid it might do it again, so on a recommendation, I visited Lock Stock and Barrell and explained the problem. The young man in the shop was very well-informed and helpful and booked an engineer to come and sort it out. The engineer, Gary phoned before he turned up, and was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. He replaced the barrel with an improved model, told me how to maintain it and left me feeling completely reassured. I thought the price was reasonable for the peace of mind it gave me. I will use Lock Stock and Barrell again if I need them and will be confident about recommending them to others. They are a local business to be proud of. Thanks, Gary and thanks LSB.
