Had this father and son team out today as my back door lock had twisted round, and therefore I couldn't remove the key. Out in 20mins as promised, and quickly and efficiently changed the cylinder (and showed me what had caused the problem). Also, made an adjustment to the door as it was catching slightly when opening and closing. I never mentioned this, or asked them to look at it, they just made the adjustment because, for them, it was a simple thing to do whilst they were there. Fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Brilliant, friendly & helpful service to repair an old conservatory door that had jammed shut so we hadn’t been able to open it. This Father & Son team came to our rescue in time for us to enjoy today’s beautiful spring afternoon.

I called Kenny and he came out within the hour of speaking with him. My back door wasn't connecting to the frame properly, therefore it was causing an extreme draught, you could clearly see the gap between the door and frame. Kenny sorted the problem. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Excellent service at a brilliant price.

Great work! Came to replace a snapped front door handle. Left him a key under pot so I didn’t even see him, came back home to a perfect front door again. Great communication throughout. Cheers 👌

Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️
