Really lovely course, well kept. Would of given 5 stars if bunkers were proper sand. Most are dirt. Very challenging course, narrow fairways. Greens are perfect. They spray them to make them look extra green. Very hilly course so you have to be fit if walking! Buggies available. Good choice of food extensive menu. Staff all round are friendly and helpful. Definitely be playing here again.

Visited as a guest at a wedding reception. What a fantastic venue! Great facilities, attentive staff and situated in an idyllic setting with great views over Epping Forest. Highly recommended.

A golf course with a tale of two halves - The first half is a short but tight track with no real stand out holes apart from maybe the 2nd which has a tight and blind tee shot. From home 9 onwards the track really comes into it's own. The fairways and greens were in great condition with only a few dry patches around some areas. I played during a twighlight time and the course was relatively quiet. Would play again.

The Club on the top of the hill, has a good view, I like it! Fairways good , greens a little fast.

Great course, not too long and not too narrow, but still a decent challenge, especially if you don't get your drive away or if you don't know your yardages with your irons. Greens in decent shape given that we played towards the end of October after a week of rain. Good little hut serving bacon/sausage baps and hot/cold drinks. Great views of the ever growing London skyline from the holes at the highest point of the course (and the club house). Also saw a giant mushroom! šŸ˜€

I held my sonā€™s Christening here and it was perfect. The room looked beautiful and the staff couldnā€™t do enough. The food was delicious, many people commented on how lovely the spread was. I had a finger buffet with both hot and cold food. We were so lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the terrace overlooking the beautifully kept golf course. Thank you to all the staff for all their help in the preparation of the event, much appreciated. I would definitely hold other occasions here again.

We played in the middle of Jan. Course played very well for the time of year. Fairways and greens were a little wet but not unduly so. There had been a few dry days prior admittedly, but on the day there was a heavy fog earlier in the morning. With that caveated, I think the course is very well maintained and will play even better in the summer. Great definitely for winter and we will be back. Greens are slow (could be the conditions), fairly decently sized. All Tee boxes and cart paths (a bit muddy and some puddles, but) were in good condition. The course does not have a huge number of hazards; difficulty is in some elevations and mounds/ bunkers on all fairways, and a fair number of trees (which will make play tougher with the foliage in summer). Restaurant and changing rooms and toilets were well maintained. Sandwich and chips were tasty and well prepared. All in all a great course. 5946 yards from the yellow tees. 71 par. Slope rating of 130.

Emma and Linda especially were fantastic and are amazing people. Woldingham is very reasonably priced and a beautiful venue. We shall miss getting married here and thank you for everything xx

Lovely golf club. The best welcome committee I have ever had as an old guy with a white beard welcomes you at the car park entrance. Did not play the course as was working but looked tricky in the high wind of the day. But greens were manicured and the re wilding of some of the fairways looks good. Club house was old worlde but well maintained. Food looked good and the small shop on site well stocked. Coffee was amazing and cakes at the halfway house recommended. The date cake was lovely.

Extensive and beautifully landscaped golf course that has opened its doors during lockdown to allow non-members to explore its rolling spaces. A secret oasis of green normally hidden from the public's eyes - lets hope it isn't closed off again for ever more when the lockdown ends.

3rd time visiting and it's always a treat. Well worth the green fees. Highlights: pure quality of greens and overall course. Lowlights: Ā£3.15 for a sausage in a dry bun along with the bar not being open until 11am (thus no breakfast!).

Friendly, not busy and cheap membership by London standards. Although it's a 9 hole, it's a proper golf course with many holes needing a driver and mid to long iron to reach the green. Beyond that, it's quite nice that it's a nine hole, you can get round in an hour and a half and still have time for the rest of your life. The greenkeepers do a great job of keeping standards up on a relatively shoestring budget.

Beautiful golf course with lots of facilities and a good cafe. People are friendly and its a very welcoming club. Its dog friendly too which is a big plus. One negative I wanted to highlight is that over the last year I've noticed the range is often shut. The app notifies us that the range is shut and then never confirms once it has reopened so we have no idea if its open or shut at any time. I've also had a few instances of going there in person only to be told that the range is shut as they are collecting balls (which then remained shut for at least the two hours after then that I was there). Just in this picture you can see how many times in the last few days the range has been shut. Great club overall, but this range point needs to be looked at for improved customer experience. Thanks

Wow, what a lovely course and a great test of golf. On 1st August the whole course was in beautiful condition; tees, fairways and greens. Every hole offers a different challenge. Greens were the best Iā€™ve played this year. As a 13 handicap Iā€™d play it again tomorrow having felt I didnā€™t do it justice first time around. Visitor green fees with a member are very reasonable.

Attended for a Wake of a close relative. A lovely venue. However the entrance is a bit confusing as it's gated, it took a while to realise there's a line on the ground in front of the gates, and car needed to be near that to allow gates to open. Lovely views from the reception area across the 18th hole and out towards Sidcup/Welling. Nice clean facilities, friendly staff.

We played the championship course and what a gem, fantastic layout, great condition and true green considering the amount of rain in the last 2-3 weeks. The clubhouse is fairly decent as is the food / drink. Some challenging holes with a mixture of narrow fairways, doglegs etc. Personally, felt the 17th 620 yard plus for amateur golf is a slight overkill and one that can destroy the scorecard. Overall a wonderful experience and will certainly return one day.

Really beautiful course with fantastic practice facilities and lovely club house. The par 4 13th is stunning, apparently inspired by Augusta and it shows. Really lovely welcome by the starter who was enthusiastic to tell us about the course and itā€™s history.

Beautiful views whilst playing on a beautifully kept course. Greens in September were exceptional. Nice wide course so very forgiving. Some nice long par fours and tricky par threes. Not that hard a course but very enjoyable. Restaurant, cafe and bar are very nice. The staff throughout were very nice and friendly. Hotel looks like a lovely place to stay. We had a day of rain, so must visit again in better weather! All round good place to visit.

A golf course with a royal status. Wasn't the longest or the most challenging course that I played so far, but it very well maintained. Has a classic club house that server fantastic food. Very interesting and challenging course. A stoneā€™s throw from Eltham Palace. Pro shop manager was very friendly and accommodating. Clubhouse was beautiful, and had a fascinating history. I even got a private tour by the facilities director, which included an incredible golf memorabilia museum! I ate in the bar area and enjoyed delicious food and friendly service. Pick up the book on the history of the club, one of the oldest in England.

It's nice to treat yourself to the elegant and stately surroundings for Sunday Lunch. I did feel, however, that it wasn't as good the first time round. The actual roast beef lunch seemed if was of the pre prepared variety that most pub restaurants do. The beef was passable but may have been not freshly carved. The accompanying vegetables were nothing of note. I hope I'm wrong as it's a good venue to eat, albeit a tad on the pricey side, but that's to be expected.

Great way to spend your weekend with a group of friends. I visited with a group of my friends and I couldnā€™t realise how the time passed by. We enjoyed a lot competing with eachother. They have live screen to watch all the live metrics, you can definitely make use of it if you are a golf beginner just like me. They also serve food and drinks inside. Although veg options are very limited, they had a good taste. I would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional Golfing Experience at Peninsula Greenwich "We recently had the pleasure of playing golf at Peninsula Green, and it was truly one of the best experiences! The course was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the bay. Although dining options were limited, the cheesy fries were a highlight. The bay's serene atmosphere made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Peninsula Green for golf enthusiasts!
