Really very good. Ilia transformed two gardens at my Victorian terraced property and cleared a severely overgrown and neglected rear garden single handed. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, committed and capable and undertakes all types of gardening from landscaping to shrub pruning. His prices are reasonable and he is thorough and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Very reasonable price to service my petrol lawnmower that had given up the ghost. Very polite gentleman. I ordered the parts following instructions from Alia, I purchased the oil and Alia did all the hard work. My lawnmower is all serviced now ready for the summer. I’m definitely going to get Alia to service my other lawnmower next month ready for the summer too. We’ve also discussed some landscaping work for him to undertake. Thanks very much Alia 😀😀😀

We asked Ilia from Gio Landscapes to help tiday up our 'wilderness' that had been neglected for far too long. He did a fantastic job and we now have a garden again! He works incredibly hard, charges reasonable rates and is entirely trustworthy. He takes into consideration the environment and offers genuine and knowledgable suggestions on ways of improving and maintaining outdoor spaces. The hanging baskets are superb! We will not be looking elsewhere when we replace our fence and design the new garden; Ilia is definitely our choice.

Needed some help and advice on the very large lawn/garden I have recently taken on! Came across Alex's name and dropped him an email, he was quick to come back to me and arrange a visit. He had some great advice on how I could get on top of it and we put together a plan for the year ahead. Since then he has been excellent and already has made a huge difference to the garden. We used Shane and his crew when we moved in to a new build . The house was quite small and we needed to extend a summer extension to provide a seating and dining area to create more depth to the house without losing the sense of a garden . The water feature and green tropical plants complimented the garden furniture that added the space and lost no sense of the outdoor area . We had a few changes about storage , but managed to create a space that kept the lines and elegance of the garden , which is enhanced even more when the lighting is put on and does not lose the sleek look we were after . Shane came in on budget (but we did have to make a few changes ) and more importantly on time for completion (although a few return trips were needed) but this was mainly down to it being a winter build and the conditions his men worked under were pretty miserable , but they cracked on and got the job done . I would whole heartedly recommend KBL for vision and creativity. We love our Garden and the time we spend in it . The only complaint I have for this year is the lack of sunshine and even Shane can’t be held to account for that - again thank you for our beautiful garden and all the best in your future projects

I cannot praise Shane, Keith and his team enough!! During our design consultation, Shane came up with some good ideas and I'm glad I went along with them, as my patio is now a very special place for us, where we can just relax or entertain. Shane and his team are just basically amazing! They are very professional (know what they are doing…), punctual, tidy and committed to the job at hand and in a nutshell they want to create your dream. I cannot tell you how much I love just looking at my new patio, I now have my very own little piece of "Love Island" yes I love watching Love Island :) The porcelain slabs have been laid to perfection and I get so many positive comments on how well the slabs have been laid. Keith built my cedar wood pergola and it looks amazing (one of Shane's ideas….) and I have to agree with Shane it really does set of the patio. Shane is always contactable, when not on site, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we are so over the moon that we choose Kent's Best Landscapers to build our super patio (one of the best decisions we have made!). Like others, my nearly new build had a large patch of land behind the house which was jokingly called a garden. Following recommendations, Shane and his team took on this almost impossible task. Now 2.5 weeks later, the first three people who walked into my now courtyard garden started with the same words …. Wow, wow wow. And it is. Worth every penny. I knew that my landscaping my garden was going to be a challenge as it is not the easiest space but Lee and the team transformed my garden into a low maintenance, useful, beautiful space that myself and my family can now enjoy. They worked so hard, started early and finished the project early despite some challenging weather as you would expect in February! I would highly recommend them to anybody and would certainly call upon them again.

I honestly can’t recommend benchmark landscaping enough! I reached out to Lee when I recently had my garden renovation finished and I wasn’t happy with the sleeper steps. The steps weren’t even and the bottom step was steep. Lee & Harley worked hard on the steps, I am so pleased. I can’t thank them both enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I spent a lot of time having the work I wanted to carry out being priced making sure it would be completed to the vision I had in my head, I also wanted to meet who would be doing the garden as I travel for work so had to feel comfortable with the workmen being in my home with my partner and 1 year old son. Lee was not the cheapest quote we obtained but was the best not only on personability, nothing was too much and if he thought something would not look right he would try and offer an alternative which worked out amazingly. Lee replaced the sleeper wall and created a new step as we had the ramp removed to create more floor space, he suggested we add a small raised area where the back gate is located so the drop from the driveway into the garden was not so deep, we agreed and it looks great. All other changes you can clearly see from the before and after shots. Apart from the work Lee carried out, he struck up a bond with my 1 year old son over the time he spent with us and often let him sit and watch what Lee was doing, this was the icing on the cake for what in our eyes is the perfect transformation of our garden. I will wholeheartedly recommend Lee to anyone who enquires, price, manner & workmanship are 10/10 for us. You truly get what you pay for with Lee, do not hesitate to use his talents in your landscaping endeavours.

These guys are fantastic! Previously, several companies had turned up to quote & not one of them offered a price or was contactable afterwards. By chance , I was recommended to Lee, from then on nothing was a problem and all the worry was taken away from us. The price was reasonable, Lee had some really good suggestions and ask questions about what we wanted. I can't thank Lee, Harley and Sam enough for all their hard work. Working in all weather's to get the garden finished. They were polite and respectful of our home, taking off their shoes when coming in, which we greatly appreciated.

Vu designed and landscaped my garden recently which was basically just turf at the start. I am delighted with the design and outcome and love to watch my beautiful plants taking root and growing in what now looks like an established garden, after only a short time. There have been many compliments and viewings from my neighbours. requesting the contact details of Vu. I would single out Filip, who was responsible for the design and planting and who was very happy and willing to sort out any questions that arose. The team working on the garden were very polite and hard working in all weathers and I would highly recommend Vu to anyone thinking of building a new garden or making changes to an existing one.

As a garden designer, I've worked with lots of landscape contractors and what I find refreshing about Vu is how quickly and efficiently their office administration is. This is, of course, on top of the fact that they do a great job on site, thinking carefully about a solution and getting the job done in a timely manner. Project: Suburban front garden, driveway and passage to the back garden. Property is on a gentle slope, and the garden slopes towards the house. The team at VU clearly take tremendous pride in their work and I can honestly say that we've enjoyed the experience of having them on site. Here's my impression: - understanding the brief - proposing the use of new materials - executing the work with precision - going the extra mile (in our case, some 160+ miles round trip to find and collect extra block pavers). Filip shares my aesthetic so I was happy to leave the design decisions in his capable hands. Ralph, with over 30 years of experience in the business, focuses on the important details and uses his ingenuity to solve technical problems. Clive, like others in the team, is uncompromising in his attention to detail and works with precision. On day 7, when I noticed the various levelling instruments and jumbo folding squares, I could only rejoice, as I loathe tradespeople who work 'by eye' - unless they are artists! Consequently, I was able to relax and concentrate on my own work, confident that Team VU would surpass my expectations. We've received lots of compliments from passers-by about our new front garden, with a few people remarking on the attention to detail. Our front garden is testament to VU's hard work and professionalism. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.
