Damien and his team have done a fabulous job on my patio. It's a small area & Damien came up with some great ideas to make the most of it. Replacing the battered old decking with beautiful, contemporary, porcelain stone and a lovely light coloured fence. Looks so clean and stylish. I totally luv it. Thank you sooooo much guys.

As Damian and his team carried out works 8 years ago in our family garden, making it a sociable and stylish garden to compliment our home , I had no hesitation in approaching The Urban Gardner again (now working with his lovely son Matthew) when I downsized and my daughters had their own home. The Urban Gardner transformed my daughter’s back garden from ‘rubble’ to a place where they can enjoy their outdoor space with low maintenance. The House I moved to had previously had a pond surrounded by wooden decking- the pond had been removed leaving an unsightly space full of mud and rubble. The decking was unsafe. The Urban Gardner gave me a few ideas to transform the space using porcelain non slip tiles whilst incorporating the existing well planted garden and within my budget. Within two weeks I had a beautiful, useable and safe patio area that I can’t wait to use when the weather improves. Weather conditions were the only drawback during the time of work being carried out and the guys turned up every day to do what they could and kept me updated when it was impossible to carry out work in a particular day. I would highly recommend The Urban Gardner and would like to thank Damian and his team for transforming my garden into a stylish more useable space which I’m sure will get lots of use in the summer months. 😊

Ryan has recently completed a project in our garden that consisted of Block paving , Concrete Shed base , Indian stone patio area and a double wave Flower bed constructed with quality garden sleepers. The overall work completed can only be described as exquisite. Ryan has so much knowledge and his approach , manner and effort to complete the project not only on time but on budget is impeccable . In addition to all of the above Ryan is a wonderful guy and his kindness is top of the scale. My husband and I are over the moon with the end result of our garden! From the start of our communication with Ryan it has been second to none, he came out promptly to give us a quote and arrived exactly when he said he would. Ryan answered any questions we had and kept us up to date on when supplies would be dropped off etc. On the morning, Ryan and Josh arrived when they said they would. Both guys are friendly, professional, real genuine grafters and went above and beyond to help with jobs which weren’t even planned. The garden was swept and tidied well after also. Ryan took his time giving us advice and tips for how to use the various sprinklers and hoses we bought. Very reliable, very hard working. Mark maintains our garden beautifully and today has done an absolutely amazing job of jet washing our outside paving. He has worked really hard and it's a wonderful result. Jonathan, the boss , communicates really well too. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to get the garden re-turfed quickly, and luckily Rob and his team were able to squeeze in the job in the timeframe that I had available. They overcame a couple of sticking points with good communication, got on with the job and gave good advice about care of the lawn and the first few cuts.

Rob and Al did such a good job of our front path and wall, we get so many compliments on it! We also love the paved area they created in our back garden, along with some beds and stepping stones. They listened to our requests and worked hard to bring our vision to fruition and it has already provided us with many happy meals outside - and hopefully countless more in the future. Would highly recommend RAF landscapes for any outside landscape work 🙂

We decided to go with RAF Landscapes after reading the nice reviews they had. I am happy to say that was the best decision we could take and that they are everything the reviews mention and more. We wanted to install a garden fence but the position was a bit awkward and the team needed to work around a corner and a drain. They delivered far beyond our expectation! Also bonus points for how clean they've left the site afterward. I would highly recommend Rob and his team and will gladly choose them again in the future!

Rob was recommended to us by a colleague from work who had recently had his garden renovated. We wanted a ‘no maintenance garden’ that as a family we could enjoy all year round. We went to several landscapers for quotes and we were immediately impressed with Rob’s ideas and professionalism. We were quite pedantic as clients and added a lot of variations along the way which Rob took in his stride. The project was new fence panels and concrete posts, large decked area, astroturf, retaining wall, steps and porcelain tiles. Allan laid a base for a new greenhouse for us. The work has been done to an extremely high standard, it looks very smart indeed and the greenhouse fitters were very impressed with it. We are delighted with it, and how it looks now the greenhouse has been built on it. Allan was always on time, arrived when he said he would start the job, and was meticulous in the standard of the work, leaving the site tidy and finishing when he said he would, even though the work was done in December and the weather wasn’t great. Fantastic job from start to finish. Professional, excellent quality workmanship and end product. Alan battled the awful weather admirably and worked so hard throughout the project. The materials he supplied are top quality and his attention to detail and excellent skills have created a stunning garden landscape. His quotes and final invoice were identical and his valuable regular updates helped us to understand progress, next steps and any details were checked and confirmed. I've got nothing but good things to say about working with Dave and Greenvision Garden Design. I had an initial call with Dave and then h came other to see our garden and get a more detailed briefing. He then created 2 designs, we had a further meeting to review and then he created a final design which was a hybrid of his first 2 designs. Right from our first call I felt that Dave totally got what we were trying to achieve with our space. We have a very small back garden and I want to maximise it as a play space for our young daughter but also create a design that was future proofed for a potential extension that we might do, and also for when the various playing paraphernalia (trampoline etc) are no longer wanted. He really came up with some innovative ideas of what we can do and as well as the plan on paper, also created a pinterest board to provide visuals of the various ideas. Dave's just been so easy to work with from start to finish. I can highly recommend using him. I can't wait now to put this all into action and create our new garden.

We initially engaged Greenvision to do some garden designs for us. Dave was personable and really listened to what we wanted as well as suggesting ideas based on his experience. He made the design experience really enjoyable. The result was a garden design we were very happy with. We then appointed Dave and his team to do the landscaping for us and bring the design to life. Impressed at the level of knowledge and expertise these guys have. And truly appreciate the quality of work done to bring our garden into order, and advise given for follow up, after a combination of weather and busy schedules left it unattended all year. Alistair and Sebastian got my mum’s garden maintenance ready and have been looking after it since summer, she’s delighted. I asked Alistair if he’d help me remove astroturf and plant trees in my new house. He was upfront with costs and I think he is very competitive. Not only did he complete the job, but his ideas and advice were greatly appreciated. He told me the names of most of my plants even though little to go off. Loved bouncing ideas backwards and forwards. I’ve now got a clear idea what is achievable over the next few months. Alistair I thank you very very much.

Brilliant. Don’t look any further. We found Alistair early last year and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work and, more importantly, his advice. The work we initially required was just to take on some of the difficult manual labour required to stay on top of our medium/large garden. We didn’t think it would be anything more than a one time deal. However, after seeing the benefits, we changed our minds. We’ve had Salford Gardening come to help now five or six times over the past 18 months, doing everything from weeding and general upkeep through to mulching and cutting back tree branches where necessary. Alistair’s worked in all weathers - mild May sunshine, extreme heat in 2022 summer, cold rain in October, frost again in late winter/early spring and never once has he complained about the conditions. My only reluctancy in writing a review like this is you’ll be more organised and take his time before I can book in again in the future 😂 Alister’s always offered great advice and gone above and beyond to share tips. The garden looks better for having Alistair come round and I look forward to seeing how he is able to help us improve upon what we are lucky to have in our garden.
