John was great, very helpful over the phone, travelled to our house very promptly, methodically checked our fuse box and identified the problem, dodgy kettle. Really polite and pleasant, would definitely use again. Payment arrangements simple and easy.

Had an emergency on Saturday night when water flooded from the bathroom and knocked out the power. This company came out late at night, quickly found the problem, and got everything back up and running safely. Professional, reliable, and knew exactly what they were doing. We abruptly had no power to any sockets in kitchen and living room. Terrible timing at 5pm on 28th December, especially with a hungry 1 year old and our regular electrician being away for Christmas. John came out to us an hour or so after we called him and did an amazing job investigating and eventually finding a loose connection at the opposite end of the house. John was very professional and explained everything perfectly. We were very impressed at the service and the reasonable charges. Thank you very much John!

This evening our electric heater packed up and fused the whole house leaving us with no power and the trip wouldn't move. An electrician arrived within the hour and changed a part in our fusebox and checked the plug it was in for me. Really professional service we I couldn't be happier.
