I spoke to Michelle and Edward Sunday 11th May after the electrics tripped in my home they offered much support and details to contact National grid I was able to contact Edward back after been told by National Grid they was not responsible for the repair or replacement of parts Edward said he was able to grt the part the next morning and arrived on time with his Co worker Michelle. Edward explained he had brought the part needed and another part he believed was also needed to be replaced from the telephone conversation previously. Edward and Michelle were both fantastic and friendly They both worked very hard to get through old parts of and install the new parts Edward gave me the total of the job including the extra part which needed to be replaced due to burn damage I was very delighted with the price and efficiency of the time taken to complete the work. I have asked Edward who will be doing a full replacement of my old Fuse switch board and moving it further down and across so to be in reach from the ground without any need for a ladder . I have also hired Edward and Michelle to do future projects in my home.
