We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. Really fantastic experience, we found Lewis via Facebook and he responded the same evening, got the quote the following day and had him booked in for the following week. They were able to install four fixtures with ease, were very tidy, offered to add filler to marks on the ceiling and even run out to get replacement light bulbs when the ones we had bought didn't fit. Would definitely recommend their friendly and professional services.

Brilliant! Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

Never trust youtube when they say I can single handedly take off chandeliers and wall lights! I was on a ladder whilst holding a chandelier hanging from the ceiling and no way to disconnect it and no way to move. Luckily I had my phone in my pocket.. I called this company and explained the situation .. they sensed the panic in my voice and sent someone to me in 15 mins. He not only took down two chandelier and 8 wall lights .. he also flagged that the current state of the wire / connection wasn't safe and proceeded to make them all safe for me! Thank you again! You honestly saved me! I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I wish there were more stars to allocate, but unfortunately not. ElectriServe has re-wired my whole house in 2015 and can confidently say even now 2016 " They are very very very good ". I remember calling Nick sometime in February 2016 regarding a socket not working, he was at my place in a flash and realized an handyman I called sometime ago had tampered with the socket. Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally.
