Stephen did an amazing job of wiring and fitting antique light fitting for me. He even went back out to get a part that was missing from my ceiling to make sure he could get the job done there and then for me. Super helpful and super efficient. A man of many trades. We contacted Stephen to carry out some electrical work and support us in getting an Electrical Safety Certificate after spending money with another electrician who then let us down. Stephen is excellent at keeping in touch, provided an acceptable quotation and did the work well. We now have our ESC. Very happy and have already booked him to fit an outside light for us.

I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jackson’s Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day. He came round and sorted everything out for me instantly. Such a friendly and welcoming person. Was comfortable letting him into my house. I would highly recommend Jackson’s Electrics!! Jon has rewired and replaced all internal lighting and upgraded sockets. He installed a new socket for electronics halfway down a wall for my TV. He installed outside electric wire to an outbuilding with multiple sockets. He is easy to communicate, friendly and very reliable. I would recommend him and look forward to using his services in the future.

I needed an electrical safety certificate for a house sale. The inspection highlighted some issues which needed to be addressed. Andy was quick to provide a quotation which was reasonable and was then able to carry out the work promptly which we needed as the sale was near completion. I asked Dave to install spotlights and an extractor fan in my bathroom. Dave came round and provided a free quote for works and even advised me to install fewer spotlights that I thought I’d need and saved me money. Dave was knowledgeable in relation to the different types of extractor fans on the market. I’d definitely use his services and would recommend for sure.

Dave and his team worked like troopers from the minute they arrived to leaving, often only stopping to drink a brew thrust upon them. They're attention to detail was outstanding making every effort and more to please us as customers. We were informed at all stages as to how the work was progressing and any issues arising. I am very pleased with the installation of power to my garden building which was carried out in a very competent and professional manner by Dave from D2E Electrical. From my initial contact, he was punctual and I was impressed with the quality of communication. Any queries were answered quickly and he always arrived when he said he would. I was exceptionally pleased with the work provided. After initial work I was pleased to employ Dave again and I will do so again when the need arises. What most impressed me was his attention to detail. My house was built with, what turned out to be, a bizarre wiring arrangement linking the downstairs and upstairs circuits. The system defied all logic but Dave would not be defeated. He spent several hours trying to identify the logic and consulted with other experts. Many would have given up but Dave persisted and eventually the problem was solved. At my request, he also came up with a number of creative solutions for lighting which is very sympathetic with the rest of my house design. I would strongly recommend Dave. Apart from his technical skills, he is very personable, trustworthy and reliable. He is also an excellent communicator.

I have used Terry Baker many times in the past and again recently, had a number of their electricians doing various jobs and every time I received professional, friendly and precise service. Their office staff are also very accommodating and responsive. An excellent company on all fronts.
