Linear Electrical are the best tradespeople we’ve ever used. Matt was professional, completely reliable, and incredibly friendly while offering very competitive pricing. We contacted Linear with a few issues which were not straightforward and Matt took the time to take us through all the options and what would be best. Matt has been brilliant throughout the whole experience, I called him for a quote and he arrived when he said he would and I received the estimate in very good time too which was great considering we had a short deadline. Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

We were very pleased with the work Andy undertook for us in May 2024. This was to lay cabling with associated electrical components required for the installation of a hotub. Andy was very clear on the work to be carried out and kept us informed the whole way through as to how the works were progressing, making some additional recommendations also. Andy very kindly came out to us a few weeks ago late on a friday night when we could smell burning coming from our fuse box! We could not fault Andy’s professional and kind service. He arrived very quickly and established the issue - a burning mains cable, which if left would have been very dangerous! He called uk power networks for us and everything was sorted that evening. Andy checked on us later that night and again in a few days to ensure everything was ok. So impressed with Andy, such a nice man and really saved us from what could have ended in disaster…would not hesitate to recommend and will def use again in the future!
