I have used Sure Electrical Services Ltd. (formerly known as Sam Electrical Services Ltd) for a small but difficult job, after being personally introduced to them by a good friend, who is a technical Director of a big European Company. My friend showed me the vetting and quoting process they had to go through to get the their business, as my friends company is trading on the market. As I didn't want to have any insurance issues, I checked with NICEIC, (the body that monitors and ensures the qualification of Electrical Engineering work) and find them to be fully qualified.
