I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Excellent pre-installation advice to choose the right charger. Competitive and inclusive quote with no surprise additions. Installation arranged within a week of accepting the quote. Arrived promptly, minimal disruption during the install, and cleaned up afterwards. All relevant compliance paperwork sorted within a couple of days. Will recommend to friends and family.

I needed an electrical installation report for insurance purposes. I sent a contact form to Nick and got a response within hours. During the inspection it was found that we needed a new consumer board and associated works to a secondary unit. Nick was prompt with his quote and once excepted made a date to do the work. He kept in touch and when the day arrived was on time. He was very friendly and professional throughout and insisted on cleaning up even though there was very little mess. Overall a fantastic job and reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. Would highly recommend and will 100% use Nick again for our electrical needs.

Nick was the last in a line of three electricians we found to fit out our new extension. He was the only one that showed up when he said he would, delivered a cost estimate when he said he would that was clear and transparent. Nick did a superb job of the installation having advised us on the way about what would work and what wouldn’t, finished it on time and to budget and it all worked as specified. What more could you ask for? All done with commensurate professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Thank you Nick. Nick is one of those rare "finds". One that you don't want to share with others - because he will get even more busy! Excellent, neat work undertaken at a fair price. Nick works hard and very efficiently. He is clean and tidy, and can be trusted to just get on with it. He has undertaken a variety of work for me, from basic external power points to new consumer units and circuits. This has included working out and expediting some complex runs in heavy duty cabling for a sauna and air conditioning system. Always a pleasure to have him here! Phoned Dave for a quote to fit my new oven. As he was close he called in on his way home on the same day and fitted it then and there! No fuss, no bother and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

What a happy chappy Dave is, I had an RCD that refused to budge on off or test. I had contacted 2 other electricians totton area and both went to voicemail i left messages online, then contacted Dave, within 10 or 15 mins I had a call back, no problem, on my way about 10 mins . David was absolutely brilliant from first contact to join completion. Extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Dave installed and certified a new submain all within the day and took the time to troubleshoot and internal route for a much better end product than the "quick" route of just clipping the cable to the wall. I shall not hesitate to contact Dorling electrical for any future electrical work I need doing

Thoroughly recommended. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would. He installed a new outside socket in our garden. The work was done efficiently and competently. He had all the "kit" and did all the relevant safety testing Also, importantly, he cleaned up all the mess. Very reasonable rates too. Top chap ! I will definitely use again when I have need.

Had a problem with my shower, M-Tech arrived within 24 hours and at the time specified. Marlon advised that it needed a new switch and the old one was quickly replaced. The work was carried out efficiently, cleanly and exactly what was needed. The work was checked and a certificate issued and a warranty given. Excellent service and I couldn't be more pleased. Absolutely brilliant installation. Marlon was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Provided a new fuse box, external sockets and EV changer. Coped with my wife changing her mind on a few things, and still delivered on time. Would highly recommend, and will use again if any electrical work is needed.

Reform Electrical are a breath of fresh air when it comes to electrical wholesale. None of this putting account prices back up to the standard rate every quarter and having to haggle your prices back down, or charging extortionate prices for off the shelf items (yes I’m looking at you CEF). Easy to deal with guys that will go above and beyond to sort anything out for you, even if they don’t ordinarily stock it.
