From start to finish where Paul came and surveyed the work to when Chris came out and conducted the job "in what I would say were very hot conditions" the whole process was effortless and a joy to have them do the work. Nick first came to us when we needed a full electrical inspection for our insurance. He provided a really good service covering everything that was required in a proactive way. We then asked him to fit a new external light. Again, he could have been more helpful and carried out a really good job. We would highly recommend him for any electrical job big or small.

Tim managed to fit me in as we were selling a house and needed an EICR done, he also arranged for the work to be completed the same day. A photo of the consumer unit sent to Tim, a call back from him and sorted following his simple and clear instructions. I had a sudden problem with various sockets and appliances not working throughout my flat. The issues were quickly identified as a faulty appliance and a separate issue with an ancient fuse box, something I knew had needed updating for a while. Mike explained everything clearly, and the first issue was dealt with, and also the fuse box made safe. Mike then returned asap to replace the fuse box with a modern consumer unit; this was in a fiddly access area, but Mike suggested a solution that made it accessible, and the result was a nice tidy job. The issues were communicated clearly, and quotes were given up front. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again, and I was really pleased with the service and outcome.

Turned up when he said he would, kept to original quote. Quick and efficient at changing consumer unit. Even tidied up some cabling and sockets that were not part of the quote. Highly recommended.

Mike came and fitted a, replacement switch for my shower and came highly recommended by the local estate agent. Mike was polite and professional and replaced the switch with no problems. I'd highly recommended him as communication was good and effortless.

I have a new kitchen being done and required about 6 sockets moving, one socket made into two and then a light switch moving from one side of the wall to the other. The issue was the timescale in which this needed to be done. I had been let down by other electricians so was getting a little desperate. After speaking to Ant, he was extremely helpful and was able to rearrange some work to allow my work to be done on time for the kitchen to be fitted. The guys that came in and did the work was extremely helpful and polite and i was extremely happy with the work done. Thanks Guys!!

Extremely professional, polite and courteous. They listen to what you want and are very clear about their fees. I have used them for 5 years and if anything goes wrong with what they have installed they are back to fix it without any quibble. If you want attention to detail, adherence to high standards and safety then Atwood delivers all that and more. I like that they take pride in their work and make sure the products they supply are above average and not the cheap and cheerful rubbish that many others supply.
