I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

Arrived promptly, minimal disruption during the install, and cleaned up afterwards. All relevant compliance paperwork sorted within a couple of days. Will recommend to friends and family.

I contacted Daniel from D.J Webb Electrical Services after finding him on Checkatrade. He was quick to respond to my enquiry and came to quote for the work within a few days of the initial enquiry. He quoted for the work and commenced the job a couple of weeks later. It was a big job, involving upgrading our fuse board, changing all of our switches and sockets to chrome sockets, and also adding additional sockets and lighting which involved a lot of work. Daniel completed the work whilst we were away on holiday, meaning there was no disruption to us during the work. It was hugely appreciated and he kept us up to date on the work throughout via WhatsApp. The finishing of his work is perfection, and he genuinely left the house cleaner than when I left it. All of the work was completed on time and within the agreed specifications and budget, and overall I’m thrilled with the final result. Dan supplied and fitted an outdoor security light, replaced old fluorescent light fixtures in the garage with very effective new LED, ones, and supplied and fitted a new garden LED lantern with sensor. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money.
