Our ~20yo cooker developed an intermittent electronic fault and I called Colin at 0930 this morning. I explained the problem and Colin went away to try and source a replacement part. He called back at 12 with the news that the parts were no longer available, but spent 15 min giving me advice about what would be the best cooker to buy for our needs. Thank you - a great service!
