⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite Richard’s work van breaking down in the morning he could of easily postponed the installation of our EV charger for another day, but he sorted out another van keeping us informed all the time and carried out the work later on in the day. Really friendly guy and would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stu and Kevin were brilliant. The work wasn't easy but they completed everything even though it took more than one visit! Everything was professional, neat and tidy. Can't fault the work. Would recommend the company to everyone. They went above and beyond. Very good value as well!

We changed the missmatched under cupboard and dodgy cooker hood lights. Stuart has changed halogen to LED so that they are all the same, and replaced broken ones. In the process he discovered that the extractor hose outlet had been bodged. The sticky tape (!) had disintegrated. He went back to the wholesaler to get the right sized reducer. Such a nice man. He is the first ‘leccy’ that has actually taken the trouble to find out why stuff wasn’t working. Everything is now safe, working as it should, and the lights are all the same colour! A very pleasant change from the previous numpties! Definitely a keeper. Thank you Grays. PS Can’t comment on ‘value’ as we haven’t had the bill yet but we will be delighted whatever it is!

On each occasion that I contacted this company, someone got back to me on the same day that I left a message. When an appointment was made, the electrician turned up on time and did a professional job. All the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful

I was having some shelves made. I popped out and when I returned the carpenter frantically advised me that all of the downstairs sockets had stopped working. This included the kitchen, with a fridge full of food. I rang P.N Gray at 15:00. I left a message and Michael returned my call immediately. He said that he would send Stewart McIntyre. Stewart arrived quickly. Within 15 minutes he had established what the problem was. He repaired it instantly, restoring power to the kitchen before the milk had even started to get warm. I cannot begin to say how excellent P. N. Gray is. This is the second time that they have responded quickly to my electrical problems - the previous incident was related to a faulty smoke alarm sensor. Michael is cordial and responsive, and Stewart was efficient and professional. He was even thoughtful of the carpenter's embarrassment. I would highly recommend P.N Gray for your electrical needs.

Vincent has been my Electrician of choice since I became a Landlord, helping get my properties up to NIRC. He is reliable, a local Electrician, charges competitive rates and offers a no fuss service seemingly making every job a breeze for his customer's giving him a well earned 5 stars in my book. Recent jobs 2 ceiling fan replacements including building the things, and getting the hot water to heat up again in another property very quickly to the delight of the tenants.

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Great service from Chris when I needed my lights repairing at home. Quick response to my enquiry, turned up on time and work completed swiftly. Steve and Matt came recommended to me from a work mate who had them do some work for him. I contacted them and said I just bought a house and a new re-wire was a must. A full install and new fuse board were put in, all new sockets and switches etc, all done to a great spec, minimal disruption to the rest of the house, exactly how I wanted everything. Plus they were easy to deal with and speak to throughout the whole job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone now, very happy indeed :)

We recently purchased a house which needed an inspection, and a few fixes. Steve and Matt have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work done, and always friendly and helpful. Very responsive, got back to us way before any other companies did, and when we had our inspection done, Steve went through it with us over the phone and explained what it all meant which was really appreciated.
