I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. James and his team have just finished the installation of a GivEnergy Solar solution at our home. Sympathetically installed so as to minimise impact to the local area, the installation comprises eight 420W GivEnergy Solar panels, a GivEnergy 3.6kW Hybrid Inverter, a 9.5 kWh GivEnergy storage battery with design expansion for a second, and a Zappi 7 kW EV charger. Job was done brilliantly, engineer showed up on time on the scheduled day, explained patiently what is going to be done and how long will it take. Very professional and polite, wonderful man!
