Both the men were very polite and efficient. Even though the weather was absolutely dreadful the man doing the cleaning still got up and cleaned the panels. Would recommend this company.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Gary is the best electrician I've ever met. He's fixed new lights, tested electrical hobs and more besides for us. No challenge phases him either. Highly recommended!

I've used Dorset Electrical many time, from simple light switch change to a complete loft rewire. Always on time, tidy and professional. Good advice always given and never any issues with the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any electrical work.

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

Steve and Matt came recommended to me from a work mate who had them do some work for him. I contacted them and said I just bought a house and a new re-wire was a must. A full install and new fuse board were put in, all new sockets and switches etc, all done to a great spec, minimal disruption to the rest of the house, exactly how I wanted everything. Plus they were easy to deal with and speak to throughout the whole job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone now, very happy indeed :)

Derek at Amped was great to deal with. We had an electrical issue that left us without heating or hot water. He came out really quickly to both quote and start the work - meaning our heating was restored much sooner than initially thought. He was reliable, showing up when promised and also responding to our questions via text within an hour on average. Lastly, he found a way to get the electrical job done with minimal disruption to our home, and concealed the areas that were necessarily disrupted by the work he undertook. We've got other jobs that need doing this year, and based on this first job, we will definitely be getting back in touch with Amped.

We were really impressed with Leigh at Amped. He arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly to install an outdoor socket for us. We used Amped Electrical Dorset most recently to install three wall lights to update our home. The work was carried out quickly and very efficiently, cables being chased into the walls with the very minimum of disruption and all mess tidied away. Derek was also able to advise us on the best, up-to-date fixtures to use. We have also used Amped Electrical to replace outdated sockets and fit attractive LED lighting to our staircase. We had water damage from an overflowing bath and as a result one of the electrical circuits in the house was not working. Our engineer was able to set this right at once by putting back the appropriate switch on the circuit breaker to the normal position, the water ingress having dried out. Apart from fixing it, the engineer explained everything most clearly, answered all our questions and was able to put our minds at rest regarding the incident & its effects. He was extremely helpful & thoughtful, and we would be more than delighted to recommend both him and Amped thoroughly.

I recently had to have my fuse box moved from up in the eaves to downstairs for safety and easier access. The lovely gents from Wessex Electrical came to do it. They were great. They kept me informed all the time, they were very polite and respectful of my home. Cleaned up any mess and basically did a fantastic job. It wasn't easy to move but they did it without complaining. Would definitely recommend Wessex Electricals, no job is too big or too small.
