Highly recommend! First time i have visited Priory dental practice and i must say i am very impressed. From the minute i walked in to when i left i felt at ease and comfortable. Saniya has been the most helpful and responsive. She was very kind and explained very well on what my options were and what i needed to do next. Dr Amit is very good , informative and precise dentist. I felt comfortable with the service.

I recently contacted Priory Dental Harborne for assistance, despite not being an existing patient, and I was incredibly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I spoke to Kam at reception, I felt reassured - she was kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. When I arrived, Anj and Tom were both fantastic. They were thorough and explained everything clearly. The care I received was impeccable, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be using their services going forward.

My first visit to a dentist in 16 years.. Firstly I would like to mention how I was made to feel at ease by receptionist Kam, When first calling to discus what sort of appointment I would need over the phone. Considering the length of time since I last had a dental check up of any sort, it can be quite a daunting prospect. But with this practice that wasn’t the case. Your made to feel at ease before you even enter the door. So I arrived today for my appointment, plenty of parking space in the car park. Nice warm welcome at reception. Then was taken upstairs where I was introduced to Dr Kunal Jain. Who did all my X-rays and examinations. He was great and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Im happy and confident with the dental plan Ive been put on, which personally made a lot of sense. I feel assured that I’m using the right practice for my oral health already after just 1 visit.

I have been coming to this dentist for 40 years. The staff have always been friendly and personable - Kam & Emily as-well as dentist Tom & assistant Rachel, Wendy ensures you keep up with hygiene. The most important thing is feeling trust and that you are in good hands. That’s my experience and what keeps me returning. Keep up the good work. 👌

My daughter is living away from home and needed some emergency advice - the interactions were prompt and the urgency was understood. Kam went over and above the call of duty in terms of initially booking an appointment at the practice and secondly, providing trusted contacts for any follow-on orthodontic specialist treatment.
