Booking an appointment was quick and easy, and I was seen promptly. Dr Rajesh has excellent mannerisms and made sure I was completely at ease throughout the procedure, explaining everything along the way. Based on my experience, I recommend this practice.

Hillary Street Dental Surgery is a great place to be for your dental services. I was attended to by Dr Rajesh Beedh and Sally Jenkins. They made me feel comfortable and went straight to the point at the same time. They also have high-tech equipment. I really enjoyed the services I got from them. The dentist and staff are lovely and put you at ease. They are focus on keeping your pain down and doing an excellent job of your teeth. I phoned in the morning with excruciating pain in a rotten tooth and they managed to get me in straightaway sort the pain and start a root canal to make sure I stayed pain free until I could get back to finish the work. They are excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The practice have always been so friendly and reassuring for all the years myself and children have been. From the entrance at reception whom look after us so well. This week they went above and beyond for me. Amazing, they could have got an appointment for me last minute but work wouldn't allow. So after a few days in hospital due to sudden deterioration, they looked after me as soon as I came out. Making an appointment for me, the aftercare everything. Couldn't recommend them enough, no need to be nervous as they always reassure. Thank you for helping me and going above and beyond.

Been with the Pelsall Lane dentist for five years through the Father and Daughter. Always a delight, never painful (they know I am a nervous patient!). Its a very good service with lovely staff in support. What I like most is that the decision is always mine but they tell me all I need to know before any procedures. 5 stars because I don't really know what more than can do to make the experience better.

I have been using this dentist for years. I began using them because the dentist I'd been visiting had retired and my wife has used Pelsall Lane practice all her life. Safe to say they are incredible. I have had a couple of treatments here including fillings and hygiene cleaning treatment and they have all been pain free and successful, no pain during or after the treatments. I am always made to feel welcome by all staff from when I step foot in the door. And to top it off they are also great with my children who are 5 and 2 and very shy and cautious. I can't recommend them enough.

I moved to this practice just over a year ago, and it was the best thing I did. I was with Anchor Road Dental Practice for many years, but they changed and became very snobby. Since I joined Pelsall Lane, all of the team are fabulous. The female dentist has great banter. I highly recommend this practice.

I have always received the best treatment from Dr. Kotadia And his assistants. It is a very clean and friendly environment. You are put at ease and given confidence in the first class treatment you receive. The receptionist Donna is very friendly, helpful and patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone. My Enjoyable Dental Appointment - January 2025 I was warmly welcomed by the Reception staff and asked to take a seat until the clinical staff was ready to see me. I was then shortly seen by K and R, with the latter inviting me to be seated, before going through a detailed explanation of what she would be doing, checking and confirming my dental and health state, getting my agreement where required, and undertaking a detailed examination of my mouth and teeth and gums, before cleaning and polishing my teeth.R performed her with noticeable care, sensitivity and responsiveness to my specific health needs. I would describe my experience as a great and enjoyable one. I would recommend this Practice highly.

What a truly wonderful dentist I had the pleasure of meeting today. Dr Sapna was a true caring and kind medical professional who instantly made my mum feel at ease and did a fantastic job of performing a tooth extraction in a gentle and sensitive way with minimal discomfort to my mother. I am so pleased I found this dentist as they seem very professional and courteous from the lovely receptionist who was very polite and welcoming to the amazing dentist who was excellent at her job with a very warm and friendly nature. All in all a really great practice who I'm pleased to be seen by.

I have been a lifelong dental-phobic and Dr Gatrad is the first dentist I’ve seen without needing sedation. She talked me through everything step by step, and was so kind, caring and considerate of my fears. She has given me the opportunity to overcome my phobia and really changed the way I feel when visiting the dentist. I am so grateful to have met such a lovely person! Highly recommended!

Great service provided and my teeth show it. The worker that fitted and overseen my braces was great and very much recommended. Was very honest in terms of how long my teeth would take in the braces and whenever I had my appointments she was very polite and gentle during my appointments. Again great service and very much recommended.

I had a broken front tooth under a very old crown and I decided to take the implant option. Expensive but I was assured I would be able to eat an apple following treatment. I had the assessment which was incredibly through and the whole journey ahead was explained in great detail. I had the old tooth removed, incredibly painlessly with local anaesthetic and the implant fitted and was given a denture to wear while the implant healed. It was all a very straightforward process. 6 weeks later I had my assessment and 2 weeks after that I have had my new crown fitted and it looks amazing. I can’t recommend Dr Allsopp and his team enough for their treatment along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for any other treatment I needed. Thank you Dr Allsopp and team.

I visited this Dentist practice on Thursday last. Been going there for some years now. You are felt welcome and at ease which of course is an important attribute for any dentist practice. I found the advice and guidance throughout my treatment not just at the dentist but after treatment at home too from Dr Blackshaw (now retired) the dentist I saw on Saturdays now sadly left and equally now from Dr Butcher very good. Really welcoming practice from receptionists, assistants and of course the dentists themselves. Keep up your good work.

Recently had an implant by Dharmesh Mistry, assisted by his dental nurse Liv, this is a lengthy procedure involving several appointments and I cannot recommend them enough. Dharmesh is exceptionally patient and professional. From extraction to implant I never had any pain whatsoever, including the anaesthetic needle. I am delighted with my implant. I recently joined this practice after having a bad experience years ago, it left me so scared to visit a dentist. My dentist is Jonathan I went today I have had 2 teeth taken out which I wouldn’t have ever done before. The nurse was fantastic helping me as I was shaking so much.
