I was so lucky to get a cancellation with the dentist and an immediate follow up appointment with the hygienist. I had neglected going to the dentist for quite a while and had begun to feel the effects of that. I was looked after so well by the fantastic team at Springhill and experienced improvements straight away. I'm truly grateful for the care and treatment I received.

I visited anchor road dental practice for the first time last month and I must say wow. What an experience. The whole team were so helpful from start to finish. I really recommend Anchor road. Defiantly have lost my fear for the dentist now !

The Anchor Road Dental Practice is by far the best dentist in the Walsall region. I have been seeing Dr. Sammy for a number of years now during which time he has expertly renovated & restored my teeth, smile and confidence. The Practice in general, Dr Sammy & other Dentists, Nurses, and Administration staff are all first class and I have no qualms about recommending any of them.

This dental practice is excellent. The staff are friendly and always go that extra mile to make sure you are getting the best possible service. Sammy is a great dentist and extreamly knowledgeable and professional, whilst his manner is calm and reassuring. I would highly recommend this practice.

Kind, professional, clean! I was seen by Mr. Khalid and his assistant Ms. Ahmed who were very welcoming and kind. Mr. Khalid cleaned and polished my teeth and talked me through my dental plan going forward. The practice itself is lovely, everything is spotless and feels very professional and gives you a sense that you're in good hands (which you are!). Oddly enough, I look forward to coming back!

What can i say, for starters i havent stopped smiling since Yusuf and his team helped me get the results I've been waiting for almost 20 years in a matter of months! My Invisalign treatment has totally transformed my teeth. I can't thank Yusuf enough, from start to finish it was a great experience. Dr Yusuf was incredibly thorough with all aspects of my treatment from explaining what needed to be done to support with any issues that arisen during my treatment which were quickly and effectively resolved. Excellent service front start to finish. Our dentist explains everything that he is going to do before he starts, then explains things as he does the examination. At the end he will explain everything that he wants to do next and when he wants to see you next. He is amazing with our 6 yr old and with me as I'm a nervous patient. My daughter and I have been to see Dr Jain. My daughter is 7 years old and is very confident going to the dentist, she has been going regularly since she was a baby. I on the other hand went years without going as I was petrified. Have been coming to the priory for a few years now and have always been reassured and helped to overcome my fear. I never wanted to pass my fear onto my daughter. Today was the first time we have met Dr Jain. From the moment we went through the door, he was professional and kind. Aiming to put us at ease. He was amazing with my daughter. Explaining everything at her level. When it was my turn he was exactly the same. At any point we never felt rushed and we were listened too. We have booked our 6 month check and made sure it was with him. Thank you.

I was recommended by a colleague to go to Allsopps Dental Practice Walsall for treatment as I am extremely anxious about dentists. I can honestly say they are amazing at both practices in Walsall. I had wisdom teeth taken out before I started my Invisalign treatment and they were so understanding of my anxiety and patience. I have been under their care with Invisalign for 2 years and have come to the end of my treatment. Each visit, feedback, help and explanation of the treatment has been excellent. The staff are delightful and very efficient always happy to help and get back to you with any issues or questions you may have. Brilliant Dental Surgery with great staff. The Surgery is well presented and offers both private and NHS treatment. I was greeted by the dentist who was very informative. I didn’t feel though my appointment was rushed and the advice I was provided by the Dentist was valuable. In my life 40 year personal experience of visiting a dentist I have never been provided with such valuable information. Treatment plans of both private and NHS treatments are discussed so patients can plan their visits ahead. The surgery also provides cosmetic treatments. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery for anyone looking to join a surgery or looking for treatment.

I've been using Birchwood for a few years now and i highly recommend. The practice is clean and modern and they have really friendly and experienced staff throughout. Parking is available and the waiting areas are friendly and accessible for everyone having upstairs and downstairs. I am part of the Denplan they offer which is beneficial from a cost perspective, especially where regular check ups and treatment is concerned,. The Reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and flexible where possible, nothing has been too much trouble when I've had a query or a problem and they do their best to accommodate suitable appointments for your work etc. The dentists and hygienists and dental nurse staff are lovely, putting you at ease, and really informative and supportive with advice and treatment. Any treatment has been completed really well and considering one of my biggest fears was the dentist, they have really helped me to deal with my fear and put me at ease throughout. Highly recommend as a friendly, experienced, and community centric dental practice

First visit to Oraco after several disappointing year at my last practice. First impressions are good, staff were friendly and the dentist that saw me explained a lot of what was causing a long standing issue with one of my teeth - something that my previous dentist never did. I had my first appointment here yesterday. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and so was my dentist and hygienist. There is 1 set of stairs to climb which is a little tough for those of us with disabilities. I've never felt so immediatly put at ease and welcomed at the dentist before. I wasnt rushed, i felt my teeth mattered to them. i was encouraged to discuss and ask questions. i didnt feel judged for my past health concerns. and i really felt listened to and cared for. They were really gentle and understanding with my sensitive tooth, and my dislocating jaw. (i cant open very wide). and the instrument placed in the mouth for x-ray was the most comfortable ive experienced anywhere. (not some huge contraption that digs into your gums). i didnt think this existed in the UK anymore. My mom is swapping to here after my glowing review. Thank you so much for your care, it brightened my day.

My Enjoyable Dental Appointment - January 2025 I was warmly welcomed by the Reception staff and asked to take a seat until the clinical staff was ready to see me. I was then shortly seen by K and R, with the latter inviting me to be seated, before going through a detailed explanation of what she would be doing, checking and confirming my dental and health state, getting my agreement where required, and undertaking a detailed examination of my mouth and teeth and gums, before cleaning and polishing my teeth.R performed her with noticeable care, sensitivity and responsiveness to my specific health needs. I would describe my experience as a great and enjoyable one. I would recommend this Practice highly.
