Called early on a Saturday morning to try get an emergency appointment for my daughter (our own dentist couldn't accommodate us but treeline came through!!!) , they were really friendly and helpful on the phone and asked us to send over a photo and some details of the problem. Within an hour they came back to me and offered an appointment for the following morning. They were really kind on the phone. When we got there the Sunday morning the receptionist was lovely and we felt calm the place seemed clean and the seating area was nice, even with the radio on. We were waiting an extra ten minutes after our appointment time and the dentist kept my daughter calm by talking through what she was doing and asked me any questions. The dentist and nurse were both friendly and we were gone within moments with a treatment plan and prescription in hand. Would definitely recommend trying this place for an emergency appointment as they were extremely accommodating to us.
