I originally contacted Dental Aesthetica for an emergency treatment in 2023 and was immediately blown away by the compassionate, friendly service compared with the other practices I had contacted. Since then, I have used them for all routine appointments and procedures, and for my Invisalign treatment. The Staff & Dentist's are brilliant, Debz (first point of contact) will do anything & everything in her power to make you feel welcome, she is amazing. I was so nervous even petrified of making the first contact, they were so understanding, very kind and put me at ease. I had a couple of implants done, and from start to finish they made me feel as though I was the only one that matters, they made sure I was never in pain during treatments and gave me everything they could so I would not be in pain or uncomfortable. Yes, some of the treatments left me sore afterwards, but they were there every step of the way. They all put you at ease. They go above and beyond to accommodate you whatever the issue. And most importantly none of the staff, nurses & Dentist's judged. They understand that life gets in your way and sometimes teeth become unimportant and suffer. They are there to fix this. And they will fix this. I just loved them all. Thankyou team.. it's took me 52 years to find a dentist that treats you like a millionaire but without the budget!! Amazing!! Thankyou.
