When I came to the surgery I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised as the receptionists are lovely and welcoming upon arrival, seeing to me right away and making sure all my needs were met. Dr Mateen Ahmad, who I was fortunate enough to see was excellent throughout the entire process, giving me a thorough explanation of each step of my consultation and checkup. The appointment was quick and easy and boosted my confidence in how to improve my oral hygiene and provided me with specific tailored advice and products to help. Had my first appointment here today and can honestly say it’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I saw a dentist called Mahesh and he was absolutely amazing. I explained to him my worries and concerns and that my teeth are in a bad way because of mental health. He was very compassionate and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail so I’d understand. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and constantly checked up on me throughout the procedure. His assistant was also so so so amazing, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but I really appreciated her kindness and supportive behaviour throughout my treatment. She let me hold her hand as I got my teeth cleaned and checked up on me every time I seemed to be uncomfortable. She was so lovely and I’m so thankful to the both of them. I now have teeth to be proud of all thanks to them and for once I’m not nervous to go back to the dentist. Thank you for all your help and support!
