Came to see Dr. Shilpa Shah after a terrible experience at a different dentist. Made me feel very comfortable and explained to me everything. She didnt do any unnecessary tests. I cant recommend her enough! Also, dont worry if they dont answer your call, the always call back within a few hours.

I would like to express my highest appreciation for Victoria Clinic, particularly to Dr. Maria, who skillfully and professionally handled the placing of my orthodontic appliance. Her knowledge and expertise made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The clinic is also characterized by excellent quality of treatments. I felt that my teeth were in good hands, and every step of the appliance fitting was discussed in detail, allowing me to feel confident in my decision. I cannot overlook the customer service at the reception, which was always polite and helpful, as well as the outstanding work of the dental assistants who supported the process of fitting the appliance. After researching multiple dental practices that specialise in sedation I was immediately drawn to DR Shilpa Shah. Dr Shilpa was the ONLY doctor who expressed a sincere interest to me and to my needs. Dr Shilpa gave up her personal time outside of business hours to return my call and had a very long, in-depth, informative, honest conversation. I was extremely nervous and I was suffering with incredible pain. I am also extremely needle phobic. She was highly empathetic and absolutely honest as to what was the best treatment plan for me. She listened to my wants and worries and we made a plan to go ahead. The cost of my treatment was absolutely above reasonable. I was quoted rediculous prices from other practices who were clearly more interested in the money than in me. Dr Shilpa’s high expertise was absolutely incredible value for money. I had sedation and treatment. Dr Shilpa was by my side throughout the entire process. She was also accessible to me prior and post treatment. She was there throughout every step of my journey. What an absolute kind, caring, highly professional, highly skilled, down to earth, supportive lovely lady. She is second to non in her field. Dr Shilpa helped me greatly and I cannot thank her enough. My pain was excruciating and this was resolved entirely by Dr Shilpa and her team. Pain gone and my vision of my teeth was constructed to perfection by Dr Shilpa just how I wanted them. She exceeded my expectations. I must also give credit to her amazing team, from the receptionist, her assistant and the anaesthetist. All polite, friendly and highly professional.
