I am literally petrified of the dentist and always have been from childhood I luckily managed to get on the nhs list with this dentist and I am overwhelmed at how lovely they are. I see Dr Charlotte Robert’s and she has put me at ease and has been so understanding I can’t recommend them enough …
I visited this practise on the back of an emergency appointment. Tom, who did an extraction for me was brilliant and very kindly, arranged ongoing treatment. I have had two appointments since. Today was with some more heavy duty work with Jacob and Anna. They were simply brilliant. I took up far too much of their time, but can only say “thank you” for today and the ongoing treatment. They are a credit to the surgery. A brilliant team all round!
I visited the surgery today for an examination and tooth extraction I was so anxious and nervous having not attended a dentist for some time and had lost all confidence. Jacob was amazing I never felt a thing and he gave me a lot of useful advice what a very professional and caring young man a credit to the surgery I will be returning for further treatment and would recommend to other's Thank you Jacob.
