Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. I have had many problems with my teeth since I was a child. I tried many dentists over the years and I must say that Finest Smile is by far the best. I had given up on dentist for few years after few really bad experiences. I am very happy that I have found Monika and her team, they are all amazing. Excellent and very professional care. Monika even stayed working longer on my last visit to make sure everything looks perfect. I had fillings done, crowns, root canal, all of it was done to a really high standard and looks even better than I thought it would be. Highly recommended.

Highly rate this practice! I had a one off appointment to fix a broken tooth. I was fitted in the next day! I saw Dr Edwardo whom was very friendly and informative. I hate dentists generally but was made to feel at ease. My front tooth was repaired by hand with composite filling. The result was astonishing! Can't even tell it was broken. Amazing skills! Thank you so much. I would most def go back.

I used wessex dental service a few years ago and found them excellent. Unfortunately the last time I required dentures I went to another supplier in Bournemouth due to the distance of travelling to wimbourne " big mistake " next time it will be Philip!!

Having moved to the area a couple of years ago, I had neglected to register with a new dentist & found it difficult to decide which practice to enrol with. Glad to say I made the right choice with Dentistry on the Grove. Super clean premises, looks professional & calming from the minute you walk in the door. The reception staff are welcoming & friendly and my dentist Dr Tracey Lightfoot was simply wonderful and has a great bedside manner. She explained everything, and did a fantastic job preserving a fractured tooth I had assumed would need extracting. Absolutely delighted with results & even looking forward to my next check-up (never thought I'd say that), highly recommend.

I had an extreme fear of the dentist and hadn’t gone in several years with past experiences being horrific. I ended up with a gum infection which forced me to make an appointment, after hearing good things about dentistry on the grove I decided to try there. I’m so glad I did! They were all so kind and patient with me, and I’m telling you I was very difficult but they all knew exactly what to do to calm me and all my appointments went really well all the check ups, periodontal cleaning and normal hygienist appointments. If you’re nervous of the dentist please give this one a chance, they have helped me so much and my teeth and gums are healthier than ever. Can’t thank them all enough.

We have followed Tracey having been her patients in the New Forest for some 20 years. She is personable, professional and extremely skilled at her job. Her surgery is large, airy and light. Tracey and her Nurse Ashra are very welcoming and personable. The Dentistry on the Grove practice is well run, the premises are clean and roomy and the receptionists are very warm and welcoming. We cannot recommend this practice too highly!

Wonderful experience! I felt extremely nervous for my appointment that I had, and the dental nurse as well as the dentist was very assuring and told me I would be okay. They told me everything that I would be feeling so that I would know. Lovely receptionists and kind people.

This is not my regular dentist and had to book an emergency appointment due to raging toothache. Everyone was amazing, from reception to dental nurse, and the dentist himself, well, he was wonderful! I am a scardy cat where dentists are concerned, but he put me totally at ease. Explaining everything he was doing and exploring every way to save my tooth. Sadly it wasn’t to be and I ended with an extraction. I cannot recommend this dentist enough and would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you, you saved my Christmas!

Excellent service. polite and efficient . Reasonable prices for private dentistry. Front lower teeth became loose following bone loss after radiotherapy. Removed two front lower teeth and denture made to replace them (together with several missing back teeth) which ‘fits like a glove’ and (unexpectedly) feels completely unobtrusive and comfortable from day 1.

I haven't been to the hygienist for years. Always been affraid but today was a very pleasant experience. The person I saw was calming and gentle and gave very good advice. I even booked my next visit as I am less anxious now.

I cannot recommend the Dental Centre Ferndown highly enough. The atmosphere is relaxed as soon as you walk in, the reception staff are friendly and attentive. I was treated by Dr Lorna Sanders and her nurse Kirsty. They were very professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease. The treatment was explained thoroughly which gave me the opportunity to make an informed choice. I had four crowns fitted, the results are fantastic and it has literally changed my life! I receive lots of compliments and definitely smile more ! . Thank you all so much .

We had our first hygienist appointment yesterday and from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly reception staff and such a nice relaxed atmosphere. Then Tracy came out to greet me with a lovely friendly smile. Sharon the dental nurse was so kind and helpful always making sure I was doing OK. Really could not fault Tracy she was very gentle and kept me updated on what she was doing. After our last experience with another dentist/hygienist and leaving with both my husband and I in pain for nearly a month, we have had none of that, so thank you Tracy and Sharon for providing an excellent service and a smile. Our teeth feel so much better - thank you one and all and we definitely recommend The Dental Centre, Ferndown.
