Best dentist and dental staff I've ever been to in any state I've live in! I always feel comfortable going there. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Wendy was my hygienist today. Really like her. I'm set to see her again in November. Great, friendly office. 😊

Dr.Pierson and staff are excellent, professional, friendly, and provide patient education. Dr.pierson is genuine, it is evident that he really cares about his patients.

Dr. Pierson and his team are/were fantastic! My daughter went into today for work that required “funny gas”. They were patient, clam, and communicated with her clearly. She rocked it & they settled her nerves. We love our visits to see Dr. Pierson. They make going to the dentist easy!

My daughter and myself had a wonderful 1st experience, today! Janell and Wendy were absolutely amazing! My daughter ( 7 yrs old) felt so comfortable with Wendy and Janell had amazing bedside manners treating me! Working in healthcare, myself I have higher expectations and they both get 10/10! Dr. Pierson was wonderful and took time to answer my questions! Front desk was very kind and welcoming! You all are doing a great job! Well be back 😊

I was able to make an appointment and was seen quickly. The surgery is well alud out, open and airy. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The dentist was excellent putting me at ease and giving me options.

I've just completed a short course of treatment at the practice. After the initial assessment with Philip, I had an appointment with Shelley and Hannah. I can't help but get a little nervous when visiting a dentist for the first time. However, I found all the staff to be highly professional, thorough and informative. I can't thank them enough for their time and effort. The atmosphere was very calm and the receptionist staff were lovely and friendly too. Well done Birchfield, see you in 6 months time!

I was in pain and called. I was asked to come in that day. Philip was able very quickly to diagnose a cracked tooth and after describing 3 options I chose to have the tooth extracted. After initially having a nearly 2 week wait Philip offered to fit me in earlier and soon it was gone almost pain free and I am so grateful. Wonderful service with great empathy.

I'm a quite nervous patient and I was very pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome and care by the reception team and practice manager. Dr Schmidt thoroughly explained what care I needed and what procedures will be done and how. It helped me to ease my nerves knowing what will happen. Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Izzie deserves a particular mention for her excellence, but she is also caring and gentle. My teeth are so dramatically improved, her work is exceptional and I am so grateful. I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

To list just the Dentist is unfair, the receptionists, the procedure and overall experience was good. This was my first visit and the dentist gave me the most thorough checkup I've had and I'm 74

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. All staff are friendly and take their time to ensure that patients questions are answered and understood. I would fully recommend this Dental and Implant Centre.

I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. Many thanks for your help today, will look forward to returning in the new year!

Dr Varun, Holly, this practise, is just astounding! I had a dental emergency, I had lost a rather large filling which was incredibly close to my nerve, which was causing me a LOT of pain. After ringing my dentist and them telling me I could only be seen in 5 weeks, I quickly (whilst slightly panicking) googled emergency dentists in my area. National Dental, in Dorchester, popped up with some great reviews, so I decided to ring them. After explaining my situation, Holly made me an appointment for 2 hours time (relief)! I was ever so slightly nervous due to the sheer pain of my tooth, and having some bad experiences in the past with it. Dr Varun, and Holly, were both incredibly reassuring, and Dr Varun explained in detail every step of the procedure, showed me what was going to happen on a model of some teeth, he couldn't have been any clearer, even explaining every detail of what was happening during the procedure. Now, when I tell you that they operate on a pain free basis, I mean it! I didn't feel a single thing, despite the sensitivity and close proximity to the nerve of my tooth. The procedure was done quickly, but not rushed! Which is something a lot of dentist do, RUSH! I left completely pain free, with my dental problem treated, all within the space of 4 hours! I can not thank, or recommend, this team and practise enough!

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. My daughter and I had our first appointment at Cornmarket Dental yesterday. The receptionist was friendly, the waiting area pleasant, our appointment started on time. My daughter was very anxious and the dentist and assistant were friendly towards her. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough and took his time to explain. Absolutely recommend!

I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.
