It wasn’t my usual dentist, however, I was made to feel at ease and the problem was promptly resolved. My anxiety levels were elevated due to childhood memories at the dentist. I would feel happy to see the same person again. Their approach was gentle, calming and professional. Very understanding and informative.

As a retired dentist this was my first visit to Heritage Dental Health, recommended by friends and family. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived, all the staff were friendly and I was happy with the examination and options offered by my new dentist, Jakob.

A truly professional experience from start to finish. Communication by email and text message re upcoming appointments is excellent. Also changing appointments is very easy and hassle free. Upon entering the practice you are greeted in a warm and friendly manner, which continues throughout your visit. I am very pleased with Dr. Govender's work . He is very thorough and has done a lot more checks on me than any other dentist I have had in the past. A true professional. Although not a nervous patient myself, if you are worried by dentists then I recommend this practice. Dr. Govender will calmly explain everything before it happens and put you at ease. He will then carry out the work in a calm and pain free manner. Many thanks to all the staff at Stamford House for your excellent work.

This dental practice is absolutely fantastic they really look after their patients, it’s very clean, well presented and maintained. It’s staff are tremendous, friendly, helpful, caring and very polite, my dentist Dr Govender is a smashing dentist he goes out of his way to make sure that the treatment both I and my mother receives is as pain and stress free and relaxed as possible. I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to family, friends, neighbours and anyone requiring a dentist. Please note this is a private dentist and NOT an NHS dentist.

The staff at Stamford House are always helpful, kind and cheerful. Warm friendly faces are just what you need when visiting the dentist. Dr Govender adds the final touch. An expert in his field. His patience with my son is always appreciated. And how he calms my nervous partner, is outstanding. We would not go anywhere else! May go as far as saying it's a pleasure going to the dentist......

Everyone at Stamford House is kind, friendly and knowledgeable which instills confidence in me as a patient. Dr Govender is very caring. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. Thank you to her and to all the team at Black Swan.

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

Had pain with a molar over a number of months and Crewkerne Dentist Centre (& Jason Salvador Swords in particular) had always fitted me in at short notice; tried various treatments (not always charged) which eased, for a period, but also checked on tooth once removed (by oral surgeon) as I had some issues, again without charge. Very happy with his service and all the staff there are lovely. Thank you 🙏

Although the word amazing is not a word I would usually associate with a visit to the dentist, his compassionate and professional manner put me at ease and enabled me to remain calm and relaxed. Moreover, the whole team a Crewkerne are a credit to dentistry in general. Good luck trying to find a better group of humans to help in your hour of need! My sincere thanks to everyone. And although I can’t honestly say I’m looking forward to my next appointment, I’m not filled with dread and anxiety when I think about returning in the future!

Staff are professional and helpful. The ease of scheduling appointments is great and I never wait longer than 10min after my appointment time. Great service and a lovely practice!

As usual, efficient and kind. I had a choking fit and thought I would pass out. The dental assistants were very helpful and Bart was his usual considerate self. I have nothing but praise for them all.

Had my appointment today, the hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was painless and I have very clean teeth. Booked up for another appointment in 6 months. I would recommend my hygienist as she is very good at her job and a very professional pleasant person.

Outstanding! From the moment you walk in it's a positive experience. Receptionists are very pleasant & helpful and it's an overall nice environment. Dentist (Bart) did a brilliant job doing my root canal and I can't recommend him and the dental practice more highly.

After 12 years of not going to the dentist because of my bad phobia, I could not of been given any better treatment then I was given by all the staff. Staff were very patient with me, and all the girls were lovely, considering I was blubbering all over the place. Keep up the fantastic work, your all brilliant.
