What can I say except Thankyou! I had terrible bottom teeth that needed a denture and Fehrad and Rahim went above and beyond to make sure I had teeth! Their professionalism and reassurance was amazing . Taken me years to get the courage to have this procedure and I am over the moon with the results. Fantastic Dentist. Place very clean, toilets probably nicest and cleanest I ever seen. The dentist is kind, caring, helps, and reasures with anxiety. Takes there time and good guildence in what to do. NHS would never be near a service like Phoenix Dental Care.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. Iāve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldnāt go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like youāre stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It canāt be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I canāt praise the whole team enough.

I never thought I would write a review praising a dentist. I was a grown up baby absolutely terrified of dentists. I would literally shake and make myself ill just sitting in the waiting room. However, I found Dorset Dental Clinic who actually listened to my fears and have now totally transformed my look. My teeth were so bad that it took a 5 hour operation under anesthetic to remove the lot and completely replace with new. The work is now complete and it has added a level of confidence and wellbeing to my life. A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Very professional and welcoming practice. Would highly recommend if you are considering a dental implant.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldnāt hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why itās so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. Many thanks for your help today, will look forward to returning in the new year!

All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. Dr Varun, Holly, this practise, is just astounding! I had a dental emergency, I had lost a rather large filling which was incredibly close to my nerve, which was causing me a LOT of pain. After ringing my dentist and them telling me I could only be seen in 5 weeks, I quickly (whilst slightly panicking) googled emergency dentists in my area. National Dental, in Dorchester, popped up with some great reviews, so I decided to ring them. After explaining my situation, Holly made me an appointment for 2 hours time (relief)! I was ever so slightly nervous due to the sheer pain of my tooth, and having some bad experiences in the past with it. Dr Varun, and Holly, were both incredibly reassuring, and Dr Varun explained in detail every step of the procedure, showed me what was going to happen on a model of some teeth, he couldn't have been any clearer, even explaining every detail of what was happening during the procedure. Now, when I tell you that they operate on a pain free basis, I mean it! I didn't feel a single thing, despite the sensitivity and close proximity to the nerve of my tooth. The procedure was done quickly, but not rushed! Which is something a lot of dentist do, RUSH! I left completely pain free, with my dental problem treated, all within the space of 4 hours! I can not thank, or recommend, this team and practise enough!

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldnāt find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guysā¦ I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the timeā¦ They really were excellent. Thank you DDCā¦ I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Alain and the team were amazing. Although the word amazing is not a word I would usually associate with a visit to the dentist, his compassionate and professional manner put me at ease and enabled me to remain calm and relaxed. My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.
