I am not a fan of going to the dentist, basically because my pain threshold is not great. However, I have been going to this dental practice since childhood and have always been looked after. My current dentist who I have been seeing for many years is Richie. He has always looked after me with empathy and understanding and is very reassuring. He takes the time to explain all treatment options with no pressure as to which I should proceed with. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist, I do enjoy the rapport that I have with Richie and he has earned my trust and respect.

Having been petrified of the dentist for many years, I can not fault the care and attention that I have received from everyone at dentistry@68. The whole process of sedation was very relaxing, and every step was explained fully. There was no rushing. After having 2 extractions, I had no pain at all, which shows the care and attention provided during treatment.

Fantastic service and very patient with nervous patients. I was petrified going for the first consultation but after having the first lot of work done, I can say they are very good. I didn't feel a thing and the team reassured me and checked in regularly to make sure I was ok. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and would recommend to family and friends.

It wasn’t my usual dentist, however, I was made to feel at ease and the problem was promptly resolved. My anxiety levels were elevated due to childhood memories at the dentist. My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth 🥰

I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Izzie deserves a particular mention for her excellence, but she is also caring and gentle. My teeth are so dramatically improved, her work is exceptional and I am so grateful. Date of visit 15/11/24.( New patient) I was really very anxious as it was my first time for treatment with a new dentist. I needed not to have had such a sleepless night worrying! I feel very stupid now because I was looked after so well by my fabulous team Dr.Jessica Scott and nurse Ellie. They understood my nervousness and immediately reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands. The treatment I received was quick and completely painless. Ellie was really lovely and kept reassuring me as the treatment progressed which was greatly appreciated. I have to visit again for a couple more longer appointments to prepare to have a gold crown fitting and I promise not to be such a baby next time! Having had such a good experience on my first visit has absolutely reassured me that I’m in very experienced and safe gentle hands. So I’m looking forward to my next appointment! Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I had broken tooth that needed extraction, I called here to inquire. Claire in reception was extremely helpful and when I told her that I would be a very nervous patient having not visited a dentist in years, she was incredibly mindful and caring, she booked me in with a dentist she felt would suit my needs best. I recently attended Carlton Dental Practice for root canal treatment. Very few can say they enjoy going to the dentist, and in my case, my appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes. So, it was with some trepidation, that I presented myself to Dr Fahrad and his assistant, Kelly. 90 minutes has never passed so quickly, and at one point, I felt myself nodding off, such was the incredible standard of care that I received. Dr Fahrad has treated me before, and he is a consummate professional along with all of the CDP team.

Two appointments,one for check up and the other one for the hygienist. Ladies in reception had organised one straight after the other.
