Have always received excellent treatment especially from Shilpa. She is professional and calming especially for the more anxious patient. She explains everything well and is very good at all procedures. She was able to sort my recent problems quickly and with excellent results.

Treated nicely at my assessment appointment Than You and given my options. It’s all got very expensive. I have to wait a month to be treated which is a worry, hope I can hold out that long. Though I am on a list to pick up any cancellations.

I am Always treated very well at dental concepts and have been having appointments for several years. All staff and nurses are friendly and welcoming. No question is ever left unanswered. The Care provided is 100 percent with reasurance during each visit. Treatment is above and beyond, appointments made within a quick time span. Cannot recommend my dentist enough! 1 happy customer.

Theo is the most amazing dentist I have visited, he is calm and cool and continually talking to you throughout the procedure. I had 2 teeth extracted and both time was painless, his way of giving injection also painless, I haven’t felt a thing. All you have to do is “relax and breath, I’ll do the rest “ that’s his advice and worked both time. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s matter of fact. Thanks Doc, see you next month to do the rest.

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. In the 1990s I tried a few local dentists before settling with this one, then I've been out of the area for a couple of decades but back now, so when I had a bit of a toothache, I called in here. So far I've only had the check-up and x-rays, but the dentist found the problem straight away, and I'm booked in for a filling and some other repairs. All good so far, I'll update after treatment. Nice environment, friendly staff and parking just outside the door.

First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!
