Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. Izzie deserves a particular mention for her excellence, but she is also caring and gentle. My teeth are so dramatically improved, her work is exceptional and I am so grateful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. The service offered is exceptional and I could not be happier with my choice of dentists. Thank you to all of the team!

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

In the 1990s I tried a few local dentists before settling with this one, then I've been out of the area for a couple of decades but back now, so when I had a bit of a toothache, I called in here. So far I've only had the check-up and x-rays, but the dentist found the problem straight away, and I'm booked in for a filling and some other repairs. All good so far, I'll update after treatment. Nice environment, friendly staff and parking just outside the door.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. All staff are friendly and take their time to ensure that patients questions are answered and understood. I would fully recommend this Dental and Implant Centre.

Dr Varun, Holly, this practise, is just astounding! I had a dental emergency, I had lost a rather large filling which was incredibly close to my nerve, which was causing me a LOT of pain. After ringing my dentist and them telling me I could only be seen in 5 weeks, I quickly (whilst slightly panicking) googled emergency dentists in my area. National Dental, in Dorchester, popped up with some great reviews, so I decided to ring them. After explaining my situation, Holly made me an appointment for 2 hours time (relief)! I was ever so slightly nervous due to the sheer pain of my tooth, and having some bad experiences in the past with it. Dr Varun, and Holly, were both incredibly reassuring, and Dr Varun explained in detail every step of the procedure, showed me what was going to happen on a model of some teeth, he couldn't have been any clearer, even explaining every detail of what was happening during the procedure. Now, when I tell you that they operate on a pain free basis, I mean it! I didn't feel a single thing, despite the sensitivity and close proximity to the nerve of my tooth. The procedure was done quickly, but not rushed! Which is something a lot of dentist do, RUSH! I left completely pain free, with my dental problem treated, all within the space of 4 hours! I can not thank, or recommend, this team and practise enough!

I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Varun Barath last week and I must say, he is truly an outstanding dentist. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dr. Barath took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, outlining both the negatives and positives so that I could make an informed decision about my aching tooth. He never rushed me or pressured me in any way, which I greatly appreciated. The extraction itself was done with precision and care, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Varun Barath to anyone in need of dental care. He is truly a top-notch professional.

I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. Many thanks for your help today, will look forward to returning in the new year!

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease!
