After months of intense pain and no appointments at my NHS practice, in agony and desperation I knocked on the door of The Regency Dental Practice and asked them for help. From that moment, the service I received was truly exceptional with sympathetic staff doing all they could to help me. I had an emergency appointment within the hour and an amazing dental surgeon who eased my suffering and removed the culprit painlessly. All I can say is thank you to a wonderful team who literally saved me today. I am at home tonight without the long term suffering I have endured and I'm looking forward to a good nights sleep. I’ve been a patient of theirs for years and the staff are always professional, polite and you know they’ll take care of you. They have invested a huge amount of time and money in making their Practice Covid secure and as always, keeping patients safe - the whole process from booking the appointment, to arriving, having treatment and aftercare is so slick. Not usually a big fan of the dentist but after using Regency I have zero anxiety about any appointments I have with them. Very informative, kind and my dentist always put me at ease! Highly recommend!
