Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

In my four years of attending Black Swan I've always received exceptional care, but my last visit to see my lovely hygienist, Donna, deserves a special mention. She is absolutely first class at what she does, which is reflected in the visible and measurable improvement to my gums, and she is gentle and caring. Thank you to her and to all the team at Black Swan.

Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

Zuzanna is absolutely brilliant! She’s incredibly friendly, passionate about her work, and always makes me feel at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients are unmatched. Every visit is a pleasure, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone seeking a truly lovely dental professional!

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I was really scared at the beginning of this procedure, but I have got to say it was worth it. I have my smile back and I can eat foods I could not eat for several years. Thank you. I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. Tawf, the dentist, and Hannah, the dental nurse were incredible. They were kind, professional , caring and made my daughter feel perfectly at ease. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter. I would also like to thank the reception staff who were lovely.

My treatment at South Coast was excellent from my initial appointment where EVERYTHING was explained to me, to my final check up. Faultless service and lovely friendly staff. Would recommend them to my family and friends, especially Josh and his team.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

This practice models the utmost professionalism with a warm, empathetic and considered attitude to patients. Going to the dentist is not something anyone particularly looks forward to but this excellent team make it all very palatable and with positive results.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. Very professional and welcoming practice. Would highly recommend if you are considering a dental implant.

Amazing team at Bupa Sherborne. Silvu and Natalie are a great team as well as well Caitlin and Mandy. Always go above and beyond and very kind and considerate. Never offer unnecessary treatments and just an all round pleasant experience.

As usual, efficient and kind. I had a choking fit and thought I would pass out. The dental assistants were very helpful and Bart was his usual considerate self. I have nothing but praise for them all.

Had my appointment today, the hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was painless and I have very clean teeth. Booked up for another appointment in 6 months. I would recommend my hygienist as she is very good at her job and a very professional pleasant person.

Rang with hope of getting seen. Couldn't believe that I got a same day appointment, let alone that same morning. Lovely staff. Really nice Dentist. Treated me so nicely. Can't recommend them enough.

I broke my tooth and the sharp edges were rubbing on my tongue. I was worried that I would not be able to get an appointment at short notice but was able to book for the next day. The dentist was able to sort out a new filling and file the rough edges so I no longer have any discomfort and will be able to enjoy Christmas. I am very grateful for such good service especially as my friends tell me they don’t get this level of care as private patients with their dentist

I have been attending this dental practice for over 40 years and have seen many staff changes. In all those years I have never had cause to complain. I actually find it a pleasure to attend the dentist, as ALL the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional

As a new patient at the practice I have been extremely pleased with my decision. Mr Sherwin identified a number of issues with my teeth which had been unreported at my latest check up elsewhere. I was able to get all the remedial work done quickly. It was great to have everything explained so clearly, an approach I had found difficult to find elsewhere. Likewise, during the procedures I was kept updated on what was being done at each step. Mr Sherwin's approach inspired a great deal of confidence and reassurance. Brooklyn House, is a wonderful dentist. So helpful, reassuring & always make me feel so at ease, when visiting. We recently moved to the area and were fortunate for my husband, myself and two grandsons to be accepted by Brooklyn house. From the initial telephone enquiry to actually attending appointments, I was so impressed how friendly and helpful the receptionists have been. I was told by a previous dentist that 'nothing could be done', to improve how my teeth looked. I was totally aware of how awful they looked and accepted the fact reluctantly. However Mr Sherwin put in place a dental treatment plan, and although I have a few more appointments to go, the difference with my teeth has been truly amazing. All the staff here are absolutely lovely. The ladies at the desk are kind and friendly. My dentist yet again kind and caring whilst doing the work which was explained clearly. So thankful not only to have a dentist but to have a great dentist!

Had an emergency appointment with the dentist to sort out an infection. The clinic rang me and were very helpful and I was seen on time when I arrived. The dentist was excellent and gave me antibiotics. Just need to make sure you check your car in at reception if you park in their car park.

Excellent service and really efficient. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, the receptionist booked me in immediately and I was in the waiting room no more than 2 minutes. After the treatment, I booked another appointment in 6 months time. I then received a text and email confirmation within 19 minutes. Super efficient!!! Thanks to all
