When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I have been at Walford Mill Dentist for many years and have always had exceptional care firstly under Neil Greenwood, and now by his replacement Kelly. The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years. I’m very pleased to say that Kelly has fully maintained the friendly and highly efficient service offered by Neil. Also, Nadia is an excellent hygienist. The staff are always welcoming and, again, efficient.

Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. Our family have used the Upton Dental practice for years now and would never move away from them. Its always spotless & friendly, today I was in early and away in good time with my tooth repaired. For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

I had a number of Dental Implants done at Upton Dental practise and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt safe, comforted, well informed and proffesionally cared for! I over the years i have been to many dentists but this one exceeds anywhere I have been before! Would thoroughly reccomend!!

A great team that knows their stuff. Problem tooth removed without fuss and so smoothly I was on my way and healing quickly. Great practice and a particular shout out to Kasia for her skills as dentist, no fuss, no nonsense just great work.

So far so good in the middle of my treatment. But the treatment was explained in detail and the cost was much lower than the previous quotes I got from other dental practices. The staff are very friendly and Johnathon is very reassuring.

Received bonding and whitening treatment from Johnathan at Whitehall and I’m very happy with the results. I had a very positive experience at Whitehall House Dental Practice. I saw Ben about a long standing problem with pain on the right side of my face which had been causing me considerable pain on and off for three years. I had seen two dentists (at two other practices), three GPs, an ear nose and throat specialist and a TMJ physiotherapist before I saw Ben and no one had been able to help. I had been dismissed by other dentists and told my pain was all in my head. Ben listened carefully and compassionately to my history and investigated possible dental causes for my pain thoroughly. He identified a possible dental cause and recommended a treatment which could help. Since that treatment my pain has been less severe and we are waiting to see whether it improves further over time. I arrived at Whitehall House Dental practice in terrible pain, emotionally fragile and feeling hopeless about whether I would ever be free of my pain. I was treated with care and compassion by everyone I spoke to (including the reception team and dental nurses who were all lovely). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I recently was referred to Jonathan by my usual dentist for some specialist treatment. I have found the whole experience and my treatment excellent. I highly recommend Jonathan and his whole team at Whitehall House.

Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

Having been petrified of the dentist for many years, I can not fault the care and attention that I have received from everyone at dentistry@68. The whole process of sedation was very relaxing, and every step was explained fully. There was no rushing. After having 2 extractions, I had no pain at all, which shows the care and attention provided during treatment.

I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Richie and his amazing team make you feel relaxed, safe and welcoming. The girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help with any questions. They will email you with appointments and also reminders by text, which is extremely helpful as I always loose my appointments cards 🤦‍♀️ they will try their very best to try and fit you in when changes are needed. Fantastic service and very patient with nervous patients. I was petrified going for the first consultation but after having the first lot of work done, I can say they are very good. I didn't feel a thing and the team reassured me and checked in regularly to make sure I was ok. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and would recommend to family and friends.

It wasn’t my usual dentist, however, I was made to feel at ease and the problem was promptly resolved. My anxiety levels were elevated due to childhood memories at the dentist. As a retired dentist this was my first visit to Heritage Dental Health, recommended by friends and family. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived, all the staff were friendly and I was happy with the examination and options offered by my new dentist, Jakob.

DR Katherine and her team have been absolutely outstanding. I have neglected my teeth for many years and always found the Dentist a traumatic experience. From the first visit Katherine was amazing, reassuring me at all times and taking the time to explain the procedures and just simply put me at ease . Dr. Emma Hobby was so so excellent. She made me feel seen in terms of my nervousness (46 year old man!). I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted and she calmly explained every little thing she did, checking I was doing okay regularly. It was a tricky one as my tooth kept breaking but I never heard her get exasperated and she persisted and got it all sorted and removed. It healed well within a few days. Very impressed.

Good experience, as soon I entered the building the receptionist, Cristina, was very welcoming and helpful . My dentist , Suzana was amazing doing an amazing job fixing my tooth problem. I felt looked after and reassured when I left. Highly recommended, Thank you

Outstanding! From the moment you walk in it's a positive experience. Receptionists are very pleasant & helpful and it's an overall nice environment. Dentist (Bart) did a brilliant job doing my root canal and I can't recommend him and the dental practice more highly.

As usual, efficient and kind. I had a choking fit and thought I would pass out. The dental assistants were very helpful and Bart was his usual considerate self. I have nothing but praise for them all.

Had my appointment today, the hygienist was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was painless and I have very clean teeth. Booked up for another appointment in 6 months. I would recommend my hygienist as she is very good at her job and a very professional pleasant person.
