Excellent experience from start to finish. I enquired about teeth whitening, my email was answered quickly and I easily booked in for a consultation. The process was explained clearly, scans done and I returned a week later for my fitting and instructions. I am absolutely delighted with the results - easy, painless and my teeth look fantastic! I have always been afraid of the dentist, but Richie and his amazing team make you feel relaxed, safe and welcoming. The girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help with any questions. They will email you with appointments and also reminders by text, which is extremely helpful as I always loose my appointments cards 🤦‍♀️ they will try their very best to try and fit you in when changes are needed. Fantastic experience at Teeth on the Heath today. All staff were welcoming and made the effort to engage in a friendly conversation before the appointment. We took our two year old with us and both ladies at reception were brilliant with him. Jason Wong is a wonderful dentist! He makes you feel at ease and offers great advice after the appointment. In this clinic you can find a friendly family atmosphere. My wife and I have been clients of this clinic for many years. We have had various services done here ,from oral hygiene ,through filling cavities to crowns. We have always left satisfied. The entire staff is wonderful, but our favorite person is Dr. Urlika.

I had 3 implants successfully inserted by Fernando a couple of years ago, without any pain. Recently I needed a deep cleansing treatment for gum disease over one tooth and again, I did not experience pain. Although I have private general dentistry, this is the only dental surgeon who has given injections without pain due to the use of a superior numbing agent beforehand. All the staff are very pleasant also. I can highly recommend this Centre.

I am a very nervous patient following treatment received as a child in the 1960s. However, the treatment I received from Fernando for my dental implants was second to none. He is an excellent practitioner and has the ability to create an air of calm which would put any nervous patient at ease. My implants fit perfectly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the staff at South Coast Dental. How I wish it had been the same for me as a child. Thank you to everyone at the practice.

Josh kindly fitted an implant nearly two years ago which I am very pleased with, I recently had an issue with the gum surrounding the implant. Josh and Tawf were able to quickly address the issue for which I am very grateful, the review was very thorough and I learned some useful tips on how to use interdental brushes.

A good experience at South Coast Dental with Josh. Had a tooth implant here and was extremely nervous, from start to finish everything was explained fully, and support was given at every step by Josh, Tawny and team. The best dentist ever I'm not local but worth the hour travel each way, have spent many hours in a dentist chair and the best service I have ever had from filling to extraction. Why can't all dentists be like this?

I HATE the dentist, have been terrified since a child. I found Verity purely by chance. I would 100% recommend her and her lovely dental nurse (so sorry, I don't know your name) They both put me at my ease and allow me to be a silly, terrified patient. Thank you both for your understanding and kindness. Also, a shout out to the receptionist (again, sorry, I don't know your name), you are so very friendly, helpful and approachable. All in all, a fantastic dentail surgery.

We have just had an exceptionally positive experience at Beacon Lodge. My teenage daughter received the highest standard of care from Verity and assisted by equally caring Louise. The results are superb and Verity's skill and attention to detail in replacing a problematic baby tooth and composite filling was second to none, along with her kind and understanding manner in dealing with my daughter. My experience was far better than I could have expected or imagined it might be when I (unannounced and unknown to the practice) turned up at the surgery this morning. In pain from a broken premolar, I was promptly welcomed, with warmth and efficiency, and registered as a new patient. Minutes later, I was in the dentist's chair. She (Katherine) dealt with the problem immediately, with consummate surgical skill and a manner that inspired my full trust. I'm delighted to have found you. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Having a dental phobia it took a lot to seek out treatment for a molar that needed extracting. SmileKind was definitely the right choice. During the initial consultation I was so anxious I could barely get the words out but they were very patient and explained the treatment process which was reassuring. All the staff were knowledgeable and understanding.

I’m currently just over 2 weeks post op on getting both my lower wisdom teeth out. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was really nervous getting my teeth out but Sami and Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were both so reassuring and empathetic. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable which i really appreciated. When i got them out, Sami was very quick & both of them were out in like 5 minutes. I luckily had little to no swelling and the pain wasn’t horrible. There was a point where it was very painful and i contacted smilekind and they were so wonderful at getting me an appointment quickly so the dentist could take a look. The holes seem to be healing nice as well. I’ve see to many horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, im very grateful for Samis expertise in getting them out without any problems. He’s very confident in the work he does and i found that really comforting. Again, a massive thank you to the whole team. A lot of places don’t seem to care about their patients anymore so it’s refreshing to see a business remain genuine in wanting to help.

Bilal and Sarah were absolutely superb. I've never EVER had work done on my teeth before so having my wisdom tooth out felt like a big deal but I can honestly say, the needles and the extraction were NOT painful or scary at all. It was such a smooth experience and I would go back there to have more out if I could. Very talented dentists who made the whole process a positive one.

I admit I did have some nerves about having my 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. However, shortly after walking into the surgery, I met Bilal who told me the procedure would be relatively straight forward. Bilal has a very good manner, and the extractions were straight forward as he said. Highly recommended.

Having been scared of dentists from a young age I used to need Valium to have any procedures done, but since joining Broadway dental all my fears have gone. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable & skilled dentists meaning that even the injections don't hurt. They really do listen & help in every way. Been going there for 10+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Even my dental health has improved under their care. Kids now registered there too. New premesis & all the latest technology available. Highly recommended.

Kevin Brown and his team have just completed my 4 new crowns! They are excellent and I am so pleased with the work. Going to the dentist doesn't worry me but spending over an hour in the chair for the first visit, I was made to feel relaxed and there was always a joke to keep me going! I have been using this dentist surgery for over 50 years. Kevin Brown made a huge difference to my dental health when he took over the practice. He initially spent considerable time stabilising my teeth. As a result my teeth are now in a very good condition. I am very pleased with both the service and professionalism at this surgery. Recently Kevin Brown carried out emergency treatment to a broken tooth at very short notice. Highly recommended.
