Worth the trip! They've now removed twice very difficult stains from a blazer and a coat. They treat my clothes with so much care! I don't leave in Chelsea, but I'm back every time because of their great service.

I popped in during my lunch break to ask if they could repair a small tear near the side seam of a chiffon dress. From the moment I walked through the door, I had a feeling this was the right place. I was greeted warmly and seen too as soon as the customer ahead of me had completed their transaction. After showing one team member the damage on the dress, it was taken swiftly into the back for the seamstress to assess. The service I received was professional, friendly and super efficient. I walked out with my mended dress during that same lunch break. The seamstress did an excellent job; the repair is pretty much invisible! I 100% recommend them.

I needed a trouser altered and needed it back urgently before a flight. Their initial time frame was 2 weeks but hearing of my circumstance they expedited the service and returned it within 2 days. The personal touch and flexibility was so lovely and appreciated. Job was one very well. Definitely pricier than other dry cleaners/tailors but they got the job done in the little time I had. Have used them frequently for dry cleaning since.

This tailor is brilliant! I asked very last minute for a dress to be shortened, and amazingly it was done in time and looked perfect. Couldn't recommend more. Also, lovely team!

My wedding dress was extremely grubby and badly stained. Chelsea Green Valet got 99% of marks out in one go, despite it being a very delicate fabric. Very impressed, they really know their stuff!
