I have been using Merry Maids for over 4 years now. Overall I am happy with the service provided however the cleaners can get a little complacent at times and not clean a thoroughly as I would like but its better than me not cleaning at all. I have received one house visit from those in charge for a spot check on the service being provided which improved the cleaners performance however they did moan about it! Merry Maids is the third cleaning company I have used over the years so purely by the longevity of me using the service speaks volumes. Its not the cheapest of companies to use but they are efficient, I tidy, they clean for me.

Highly recommend - did a deep clean ahead of a family member coming home from hospital. They fitted me in at quite short notice, were thorough, kind, friendly, respectful of both our needs and the property and took great care to ensure a very high standard of cleanliness.
