Mou and the team did an amazing job making our flat photo ready before we list it for sale! They were very flexible, fitting us in with only 24 hrs notice, and did a top quality job. Also very reliable and trustworthy, letting themselves out at the end and sending photos of the completed work for us. Thank you so much, we will definitely call you again!

I used the service for end of tenancy cleaning. I must say that they are approachable, friendly and professional. Mou came with his colleague (I forgot to take his name, sorry). They both are punctual, polite and the cleaning was spot on. I will recommend and use them again.

The gentlemen were superb, and did more cleaning than I requested. They helped me recycle some rubbish; I am disabled, and live on the second floor. The cleaning and tidying services were excellent. I will definitely use them again, when I have more rooms to clean.

The team were prompt and delivered an excellent experience. The team leader was good with keep me informed as I waited nearby and they were happy to have me review their work before the wrapped up. We recently used Scrubs for an end-of-tenancy clean for our flat, and the entire process—from quotation to the job itself—was incredibly efficient and pleasant. The staff were super friendly, polite, and very attentive, ensuring we were satisfied with the results and returning if not. The cleaning was carried out to an excellent standard, with all areas of the property thoroughly cleaned—tackling spots we wouldn’t have managed ourselves. We were also kept well-informed throughout the process, thanks to Anca (the cleaning team lead) and the customer service team, who updated us on the booking details and the cleaners’ arrival and completion times. Overall, a really great experience—I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services!

Excellent service at short notice. We needed an end of tenancy clean at 2 days notice and a friend recommended us Scrubs. Mike managed to find us a slot, which was great. Recently contacted Scrubs Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. Scrubs came back with a quote and date which exceeded everyone else at being the best value. Not only this, they mentioned that they had worked with our letting agency (Foxtons). On the day itself, the cleaners came in a timely manner and within 2 hours they had already cleaned the place. Our end of tenancy clean included an oven clean which when they had finished, we were shocked at how clean they managed to get the oven. Of course, the whole place was also immaculate. I would highly recommend Scrubs and I will definitely be using them again for my next clean. Thank you to Mary who handled the booking, and the cleaners themselves.

I have been using City Housekeeping for a few months now. They have been fantastic - reliable and always do a great job for a reasonable price. Catalin has been especially great. My property is an Airbnb and Catalin goes above and beyond what one would expect from a cleaner; for example, letting me know when things are running low, picking up replacement supplies from shops, dealing with tradespeople on my behalf and other things beside.

End of tenancy deep cleaning. I received a quote fairly quickly following my enquiry. They helped me filling the online booking over the phone and even gave me a small discount to have the carpets steam cleaned. They cleaned all appliances, cupboards, window sills, floors, bathroom etc, to a very high standard. Even my landlord was so impressed that he asked me for their details. The place looked absolutely immaculate after they left. Also, I needed their service urgently and they managed to fit me in, at short notice, for the next morning. Seriously amazing service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean in Southwark and I so highly recommend their services. Our cleaner Lloyd worked so thoroughly and left the property looking brand new, I was astounded at how spotless he had made the property look. Every little detail was taken care of and he worked at the flat all day long. The communication before the clean was also brilliant and super friendly, thank you. I recently booked a deep clean for my 5-bedroom house in north London and was utterly taken aback by how incredibly well their cleaning team carried out the cleaning service. I called the company a couple days before my check out date and Alex was so lovely and helpful on the phone. He thoroughly explained what was included in the deep cleaning and I was very impressed - he was very knowledgeable and such a gentleman during the entire process. The two cleaners who attended were very sweet, through with their deep clean, didn’t skip any areas or take any shortcuts. Very efficient and honest work for a reasonable price. Upon recommendation, my friend has also hired this company for her weekly cleaning needs.
